Hi!

These orders each have a note saying "Product(s) not in stock". Would it be possible for you to make the following changes?

  • If any of the dice are not in stock, please cancel those particular dice from their order.
  • If any of the books are not in stock, please move those books into a new order.

Hopefully there will be some items left in those orders that are in stock... :)

Hello Iadel,

I have removed some dice from order 3962537. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting that change. Order 3971702 is ready to go and is currently on a pick list, which means is it part of the batch of orders the warehouse is packing up and getting ready to go. So nothing was removed from that order. Both should be on their way shortly.
