Magic Item "Conversion"

Advice

Hi guys! Before I start, if you haven't played Rise of the Runelords you may want to look away. I've not figured out how to "spoiler" hide stuff yet, and this will be about a swords conversion into a "lesser" form.

Spoiler:
So recently my friends and I came across Rise of the Runelords magic items, and noticed the Seven Swords of Sin. I was inspired by one, and wished to create a character to wield one, however, my GM would never allow me access to such an artifact. As such, I'm here, requesting assistance in creating the sword of Wrath.

Using the non-awakened version as a base point, I'm looking at a Greatsword +2, returning, and throwing. On a throw drops a 5d6 DC 20 Ref save, and on a crit a DC 25 Ref 20d6. The cost of weapon, and enchantments I believe puts me at about 32k, but how do I calculate the fireballs seeing they have conditional situations on when they work?

Thanks in advance for any help, or direction, I greatly appreciate it!

1) If the thread is all about something that is going to give lots of spoiler info out, the word SPOILER should be in the title.
2) Look below the text entry area. It has the text "How to format your text [Show]". Click the [Show] button. This reveals how you do all sorts of formatting.
3) For pricing, you compare to existing items. I have seen things like crit only effect is +1 but any hit is +2; or as +2/+3 if it is more powerful that a +1 can handle.
