Hi. I have an elven Unchained Rogue 3/Evoker 1 who is going to go Arcane Trickster. My question is, when I hit AT 2 and gain +1d6 sneak, will it add to the unchained sneak I already have (which can only be blocked by total concealment), or does it give me 1d6 of regular sneak {which can be blocked by concealment such as a blur spell)?

I actually don't think that's the case. I have an arcane trickster who is an Unchained Rogue 1/Brawler (Snakebite Striker) 1/Wizard 2/Arcane Trickster 10 (grandfathered from SLA ruling), with sneak attack from brawler and unchained rogue. I don't see any reason that arcane trickster sneak should be different from what it says.
My arcane trickster totally took Shadow Strike.
Aside: How are you qualifying for arcane trickster without level 2 spells? SLAs no longer count for qualifying for arcane trickster.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't necessary. Train out the feat.
Arcane trickster
Sneak Attack: This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. The extra damage dealt increases by +1d6 every other level (2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th). If an arcane trickster gets a sneak attack bonus from another source, the bonuses on damage stack.
You are adding the trickster sneak attack to your rogue sneak attack, so its the same pool and uses the same rules.

I'd say you get another 1d6 of the "unchained" sneak attack, based on how the arcane trickster class feature is worded:
Sneak Attack: This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. The extra damage dealt increases by +1d6 every other level (2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, and 10th). If an arcane trickster gets a sneak attack bonus from another source, the bonuses on damage stack.
Technically, the name of the "unchained" rogue is just "rogue", and the name of the "unchained" sneak attack ability is just "sneak attack", so the "unchained" version would still be "the rogue ability of the same name".
Also, the snakebite striker archetype uses the same language, so I'd say Yiroep's arcane trickster would use the "unchained" sneak attack, considering that the character actually has a level of the "unchained" rogue.

(grandfathered from SLA ruling)
Any character that had actually been played with a level of a PrC that they used an SLA to qualify for prior to the FAQ changing was grandfathered in (but without the grace period we had when the planestouched races were re-booned).

Seems to be irrelevant for this thread, though, since the OP said: "going to go", meaning he does not yet have any levels of Arcane Trickster yet.
Although there appears to be a legal way to go Arcane Trickster with a Rogue 1/Wizard 3 build, using a feat (I think it is PFS legal) from the Dirty Tactics Toolbox that gives a PC an extra sneak attack die, but no more than 1, as long as it doesn't bring his sneak attack dice total higher than half his character level, which would give this class combo 2d6 of sneak attack, so legal to go AT at 5th level, instead of the "normal" 7th level.
