Does a rifle count as a musket for the musket master archetype?

No, they are different weapons.

Although the only thing it affects that I can see is the rapid reload bonus feat. You will need to take RR(Rifle).

Which defeats the purpose of musket master, as rapid reload and fast musket are the two big benefits of the archetype, both of which are irrelevant to rifles.

No? Fast Musket applies to all two-handed firearms, not just Muskets.

But rifles reload as a 1-handed already. There is no reload speed difference for advanced firearms.

So don't be a musket master if you don't plan on using muskets.
