Paizo Order #3371392 (overseas) Shipment to wrong address

Dear Paizo team,

this shipment left your warehouse somewhere at the beginning of September.
Unfortunately, I moved during shipping time and have no access to the mail reaching my former home address.
Thus, I never got the notification to pick it up at my local post office.

Could you please advice me what to do?

Hello RuyanVe,

Do you have mail forwarding set up that may get the package redirected to you? You may also be able to contact the customs/post office and see if they can redirect it. If neither of those options work we should be able to get a reshipment sent out to the new address, however you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Hi Diego,

I have been able to get in contact with the people who've moved in my old appartment but they've not received anything as of now.
As the package has shipped on September 2nd and max time of 36 business days for transit have not yet passed, I'll wait another week hoping the best!

How would we proceed if the package returns to you? Do you PM me?

Hello RuyanVe,

When we receive a returned package we send an email letting you know that the package was returned to us. If there is a reason on it, like unclaimed or refused, we will mention that in the email. It will list the address it was sent to and ask whether you'd like it reshipped or not.

36 business days would put it arriving on or before October 26. Keep me updated and if it has not arrived by then we can look into reshipping it.

Thank you for letting me know. We have not received a return of the package yet, so it may be that it is lost in the post, though returning packages do sometimes travel slower than when they are sent out. I have set up some replacements to ship out to you along with your December subscription order. You will be receiving an updated email confirmation.
