So I'm currently building a Divination based Arcanist, who would be taking the Harrow Born trait for a +2 cl on divination spells he uses it for. Then fortune teller feat for another +2 cl on divination spells or up to 1000gp free materials per divination spell.
We're starting at level one, So I can cast highten senses at about 50+ minutes.
How could I push this divinationist just a bit further?
I do kinda want to pick up Harrower PRC too, but maybe not?

There's a harrow bloodline for the sorcerer, which you might like to pick up via exploit or archetype.
