Antipaladin, cruelties and channeling

Rules Questions

Hi all, I'm kind of new to PF, and am playing an antipaladin and have run into a couple of rules questions. First, do people get to save for 1/2 dmg when channeling energy via the feat through your weapon? Also, do you get to apply your cruelties through said channel? Thanks in advance, I haven't been able to find the answers in the literature so far.

What feat?

In almost all Channel Energy cases, you can save for 1/2.

Cruelties only apply through Touch of Corruption unless a special ability says otherwise. I can't name one off the top of my head, and I'm not sure if there even is a way.

Touch of Corruption does not offer a save in addition to the touch attack. (This parallels Lay on Hands not offering saves to undead.)

Converting uses of ToC into Channel Negative Energy does offer a save for half. Cruelties do not apply to this.

I'm not sure what you mean by "through your weapon", but if you mean the Conductive weapon property, that would consume 2 uses of ToC but otherwise function as if you had used it normally (no save, cruelties apply).
Conductive can only function with ToC however, not Channel Energy.

This is the only other thing I could find that comes close to what you're asking about.
If Energy Channel is what you're asking about combining with cruelties, the answer in no; it consumes a use of channel energy to grant specific bonuses, and does not count as channel energy or ToC.

Before you make a melee attack roll, you can choose to spend one use of your channel energy ability as a swift action. If you channel positive energy and you hit an undead creature, that creature takes an amount of additional damage equal to the damage dealt by your channel positive energy ability. If you channel negative energy and you hit a living creature, that creature takes an amount of additional damage equal to the damage dealt by your channel negative energy ability. Your target can make a Will save, as normal, to halve this additional damage. If your attack misses, the channel energy ability is still expended with no effect.

Sorry I meant to say that the feat I'm asking about is Channel Smite. Do you apply your cruelties through your weapon with the feat, similar to conductive weapon?

You would not, because you're not technically using Touch of Corruption (which is the ability that applies the Cruelties). Your Channel Negative Energy ability uses charges of Touch of Corruption as a resource pool, but is otherwise a separate ability and has nothing to do with Cruelties.

awesome, thanks for the clarification!
