With the 1st feat being Kung Fu Genius
Kung Fu Genius is a 3.5 feat that allowed you to change a Monk's AC bonus and all class features that depend on Wis to INT instead.
So with that
Flaw: Knowledge Devotion
Flaw: Kung Fu Genius
Bonus: Improved Unarmed Strike
1: Eschew Materials
Bonus: Improved Grapple
Bonus: Combat Reflexes
3: Improved Initiative
5: Intensify Spell
