question about infernal healing

Can it heal undead, as if I play a vampire/ litch would it heal or harm that character?

I don't think it mentions positive or negative energy, so it should work fine on undead.

From the Bestiary under the Undead creature type in the Appendix:

Quote:

• Cannot heal damage on its own if it has no Intelligence score, although it can be healed. Negative energy (such as an inflict spell) can heal undead creatures. The fast healing special quality works regardless of the creature's Intelligence score.

The previous posters are correct, in PFS (where this threat still currently resides) it can become relevant for Dhampir characters).

ok so if i play a dhampir i can use that spell to heal myself correct

Yes, it doesn't heal via positive energy. It grants fast healing for 1 minute.

Though as always you would need a dhampir race boon to play one.
