Looking for advice for upcoming Rappan Athuk Gestalt character.

Advice

A couple weeks ago my DM gave us the news we'd be going up against the dreaded Rappan Athuk using the pathfinder version. He has the main book as well as Expansions: Volume 1 to throw at us. I can't wait, its exactly the type of challenge I thrive on.

The group is only 3 players strong and the other two have already made characters. What we have so far:

1. Arcanist/Rogue
2. Warder/Priest
3. ?/?

I need advice on what would really benefit this group and help us through the grind of grinds that is Rappan Athuk.

-Characters are gestalt.
-They start at level 4.
-Because we only have 3 players the DM has given us 84 points to assign to stats as we want. NOT an 84 point build, but actually 84 points to distribute on a 1 to 1 basis. Meaning ALL stats start at 14 and we can move them up or down as we see fit 1 to 1.
-3rd party from the PFSRD is allowed
-3.5 stuff is allowed (for the most part, but only if it does not exist in pathfinder - meaning a feat for example that exists in both uses pathfinder rules)

I am considering using another Path of War class and subbing a discipline for Silver Crane because I think the healing ability of this class will help a lot. I am not set on this entirely, and have zero ideas for the other half yet. So I come to you for help!

Oh boy. Three players? Rappan Athuk punishes action economy really hard (many targets + all threats). You're going to be in a really bad spot with only 3 actions. Any class combinations that flesh that out?

RA also almost mandates 'wall' tanks in combat; high immunity characters that literally cannot be passed.

Crank everyone's saves. At level 4, our whole party had to make a DC 20 will save or instantly effectively die. Then the survivors had to win a tough combat encounter or everyone literally died or worse. We had 3 out of 7 pass and even with very optimized characters we barely won.

Many monsters hit lethally in 1-2 rounds to anything but a hp optimized barbarian.

Get used to running. For a party that small, you'll have to run and gun constantly before you can teleport.

I know nothing about Rappan Athuk, but given Genaudan's description I would have some ideas

1) Druid/Monk - to give youself a high will save by using wisdom as your main stat and both druid and monk abilities. Wisdom will also help your AC. Druid will let you summon extra companions and use an animal companion to help with a lack of actions within your group.

Base Stats: (assuming max 18)
16,14,16,10,18,10 +Racials
Health 4d8+12
AC: 20
Saves: F8, R7, W10

Headband of wisdom +2, Ring of protection +1, Amulet of Nat armor +1, Cloak of resistance +1

2) Paladin/Life oracle - High charisma will give you lots of healing capability and high saves. This character would use free actions to heal and swing a mighty 2 handed weapon at anyone that comes too close.

Base Stats:
18, 10, 18, 10, 10, 18 +racials
AC: 20
Health 4d10+ 16
Saves: F14 R7 W10

+1 Full Plate, Headband of charisma +2, Cloak of resistance +1

Any opinions on Paladin/Warder or Paladin/Warlord? Taking the trait from PoW Advanced to swap a discipline for Silver Crane or a martial tradition to do the same?

Great saves, a whole slew of in combat heals, smiting (which should prove quite potent in Rappan Athuk, d12 HD if I go warder, great chr synergy if I used Warlord, solid tanking capability either way... Good idea or too much redundancy for a gestalt in RA?
