We do not specifically outline this sort of thing in our Community Guidelines because it's something that's likely to get "gamed." My best suggestion would be to read those over and use your best judgement. If you're particularly concerned about a post/thread you're about to make, you can send the contents to community@paizo.com and we'd be happy to provide suggestions :)

People always click spoilers. It's probably better to give a general description than go into details. As an example if someone wanted to mention an "intimate encounter" saying it like that or using "......." to let it "fade to black" is a good way to do it.
Just replace "intimate encounter" with "gore" and you should get the idea.
You might also want to just host them offsite, and see if providing a link is better, and put a warning so that anyone clicking the link knows what your project is about.
I dont' work for Paizo so that might not work either, but it is more likely to work than posting certain things directly on the site. I am sure someone will be along to correct if that does not work either.

What are the rules on describing viscera and gore? I have a couple of ideas for projects that might appear in these forums and I would hate to accidentally break the rules.
And remember, these forums are run by Americans, so there is generally a little more leeway with viscera and gore.
Sex, not so much; a nipple on TV can lead to a $500,000 fine.
The Walking Dead, however, remains a very popular show.

Also, as a reader I'd personally appreciate it if you flagged your entire thread as "explicit" or something so I can skip it entirely. Frankly I'm not entertained by luscious depictions of violence and its results, and don't desire to stumble upon it in the middle of an otherwise enticing and interesting thread.
