Improving charging on foot

Howdy howdy..

so I 've seen plenty of feats for improving mounted charging..
but is there anything for the charger by foot?

I actually can not find anything at all.. Lances specify mounted as well.

I'm hoping to build something of a Final fantasy tactics war of the lions dragoon in a weird fashion. But I haven't found much of a charging aid..

I mean there is a feat to ride a same size mount.. but just in general I am not a mount person...

So does anyone know how to increase the effectiveness of charging?
All I can think of is stuff like improved overrun, and greater improved overrun (yay knocking peopel prone and st abbing them as I go)

It's probably going to end up trying to apply it to some random future character or possibly my current warpriest i'm trying to design.

Off hand I was thinking spear or long spear.. but not really sure

Rhino Hide

Class Abilitys for charging:
Rogue (Scout/Thug) level 4 -> Scout’s Charge

If you combine this and add some intimidat skills feats you get something like this:

Race: Half-Orc
Class: Fighter 1/Rouge (Scout/Thug) 6
Level: 7th

STR: 18
DEX: 14
CON: 14
INT: 10
WIS: 10
CHA: 10

1st Bonus: Power Attack
1st Level: Weapon Focus (Greataxe)
2nd Talen: Offensive Defense
3rd Level: Skill Focus(Intimidate)

Charge Damage: 3d6 + 1.5 x STR + 2d6 rhino + 3d6 sneak + power attck
+ Target is sickend (-1d6 damage) + free Intimidate with change that target flees

Add in some monk or barbarian ranks for increased move distance to keep up with those mount charge distances, quick runners shirt for 1/day additional move as well =)

The only thing I'm thinking of is some sort of magic item which can summon an air elemental as a swift action for a round for a total of 5 or 8 rounds per day.

Step 1: Summon air elemental under you.

Step 2: Charge

Step 3: Dismiss air elemental and fall to the ground

Only those with spellcraft need know what you did to pull off your amazing lance charge. *shrug*

Well, you could, as a Warpriest, go Sacred Fist Warpriest, and work with Pummeling Charge.

Dip a level in MoMS Monk, then combine Pummeling Charge, Dragon Style, Horn of the Criosphinx,
