Bag of holding question: storing a large object / creature

Rules Questions

So, let's say I have an empty bag of holding, and a large bloody skeleton. The bag of holding could hold the skeleton (Its weight and volume are both well within the bag's limit), but the skeleton can't fit through the opening.

Now, I destroy the skeleton, and throw all the bones in one at a time. An hour later, the skeleton reforms. My bag of holding now contains a large skeleton which is too large to fit back through the opening.

So, two general questions.

1: Does the presence of such a large thing in the bag of holding cause issues? Would this trigger the "overloaded" clause of the bag for some reason, despite being small enough to fit inside?

2: I can't reach into the bag and pull the skeleton out because it wouldn't fit through the opening, but could I turn the bag inside out to dump him out? (The current plan is to destroy him when he isn't useful, stuff his bones into the bag, then turn it inside out when he would be useful again)

(The character is too poor to afford a portable hole currently, which is why the bag of holding is being used instead.)

The way I always thought about it, the opening would pretty much allow whatever space you needed to get your things out, and the fact that there's no mention of the specific opening size in the item's description kind of reinforces that.

I always imagine the illustration in the last Harry Potter book of Hermione's enchanted handbag, where the items kind of squish into the right size to get into the opening so it doesn't look like the bag's any bigger, but something absurdly too large can still get in.

I know in our game, we've stuffed people into our bag of holding a couple of times with no real fuss, so I don't think it'd be an issue. If your GM does say it's an issue, I don't see why turning it inside out wouldn't work.

DM's judgement (for all the questions). Most rules regarding bags of holding are judgement calls and house rules though.

I'm not sure what you mean by "overloaded" clause.

I personally have bag of holdings work so that there is no bottle neck; it's nondimensional/extra-dimensional space after all.

That said, I also personally consider bag of holdings to be insecure storage methods; namely that they can break from the inside if something's living in there that can deal damage such as a unrestrained giant skeleton.
