Liberty's Edge

From B3:

"GRAVEKNIGHT ARMOR In death, the graveknight’s life force lingers on in its armor, not its corpse, in much the same way that a lich’s essence is bound within a phylactery. Unless every part of a graveknight’s armor is ruined along with its body, a graveknight can rejuvenate after it is destroyed. A typical suit of full plate graveknight armor has hardness 10 and 45 hit points, though armor with enhancements or made of special materials proves more difficult to destroy. Merely breaking a graveknight’s armor does not destroy it; it must be ruined, such as by being disintegrated, taken to the Positive Energy Plane, or thrown into the heart of a volcano."

So, what does happen, if a pc takes/wears the armor, after fighting and killing the graveknight?
Does the Graveknight form again inside his armor, or does he reform where his bones lie (or have been destroyed)? Does he know where his armor is, in this case? Does the know wearer of the armor realize anything about the armor?

I wonder, because it could easily be, that our fighter will use the armor after the fight, and as nobody knows anything about grave knights this could spell trouble...

Any hint, idea and help is appreciated, as I presently don't exactly know how to GM this...

In the Undead Revisited Book there is a Sidebar about someone else donning the Graveknight Armor. Basically with each day the Graveknight starts to rejuvenate on top of the body of the wearer.
In game Terms his companions ( the poor victim is totally screwed ) can try a Perception check CD 25 to notice that "Something is not right with him". After 1d10 Days ( the Rejuvenation time ) the wearer must make a Will Save ( CD 10 + 1/2 DV of the Graveknight + his Cha ) each day or be istantly consumed and the Graveknight fully resurrects.

If noone made the check about the Graveknight, well ...

"Surprise ! I'm Back !"

P.S. if the party notice that something is not right make them go for another Religion Check ( as usual 15+CR of the Graveknight ). If they discover the truth, to get rid of the armor now bonded to the fighter they must Cast on it, in rapid succession, Break Enchantment, Holy Word and a third spell that is linked to the creation of that particular Graveknight !

I'm pretty sure Palace of the Silver Princess says no such thing.
