If we don't hear from you, or are unable to successfully process your card, by Sun, Apr 19, 2015 order # 3445495, placed Thu, Feb 5, 2015, 03:11 PM, may be canceled.

I could always add more funds to that particular debit cards, since it still tries to authorize, if it isn't possible to solve this issue on your end (without a hassle) and time really isn't an issue for this package.
