Order 2890246 Order still pending

Hi I ordered a large sum of stuff about two weeks ago.

I havent received any info or update on my order after my order.

The order is still marked pending.

I read that there was a bug that caused large orders to not finalize.

As my order was quite large I suspect and fear this might be the case.

Can you please clarify the situation. Is my order in the database and being worked on, or did the bug wipe it?

Hello Angel,

I checked up on your order #2890246, and everything looks just fine! The order was submitted, all of the items are in stock, and your payment method was able to authorize correctly. It seems that the only thing slowing it down is the fact that it is a large order, and that there are many other large orders from the Golem Sale that our warehouse is trying to process.

I'll try to poke your order a bit so that it might get out of here a little more quickly, but I still do not have an exact timeline for when the warehouse will be able to get to it. They are working to finish everything as quickly as they can, and you should receive a shipping confirmation email once they have processed your order for shipping.

Hi now it shows in my bank account that you are prepearing to charge me twice for the same order.

I phoned to my bank and they said that you have reserved allmost the same ammount of money twice give or take a few sents because of the rates.

Please do not charge the first ammount as it expires after a few days. Only charge the second one and delete the first if needed.

The bank said that they cannot do anything to the subject and that I have to connect you to resolve the problem so that I dont get charged twice for the same order.

But as its allready about to happen, so what do we do? I dont know how these things operate, but I trust you do.

One of those should just be a temporary authorization that will expire from your account.

Some banks issues the final charge through the open authorization, but some do the final charge through a new transaction and the first one expires. How banks process the authorization vs. the final charge is not something that we have control over.
