Are Blessings from Warpriest SLAs When Replicating Spells?

Rules Questions

Pretty straight forward question. Nowhere under Blessings nor the Blessings that replicate Spells does it have the "Spell Like Ability" tag.

Under the Blessings ability under base Warpriest it lists Supernatural.

Does this mean that these follow the rules for Supernatural abilities? Wouldn't that also mean that you can't take "Quicken SLA" like a lot of people seem to think you can?

Did I miss something? Or is this something that needs to be FAQ'd?

Blessings are supernatural, not spell-like. Even if they replicate a spell.

Considering how frequently I see people say you can use Quicken SLA (barring the normal limitations on monster feats) it might be worth FAQing.

Also, I'm not sure if them not being SLAs was intended. Under Hexes it always says whether something is an SLA. Blessings seem similar enough to hexes in design.

Could you provide links to where people are saying you can apply Quicken SLA to a Blessing?

You cannot take Quicken SLA on a blessing. You can take Quicken Blessing.

I imagine the Designers made Blessings (Su) to avoid early entry into PrC shenanigans.

(Su) does not provoke AoOs. For a non-swift-action power, it's BETTER than the same power as an SLA, not a sneaky nerf.

I doubt they intentionally made them non SLAs to prevent early PRC shenanigans. At least I hope that's the case, that one dumb FAQ shouldn't be stifling their design choices.

That being said, I do think having it as a Supernatural ability is preferable to SLA. Since I'm pretty sure Summon X as an SLA is still a 1 round action, I'd much rather have standard action summoning than the potential for swift, especially since many DMs won't allow monster feats.

And I saw people talking about these being SLAs in various threads on various sites, some here. I couldn't tell you where, it was from random browsing and what not, and I don't really wanna go into my browser history for the past week.

Dipping wizard or sorcerer would get you both Gravity Bow and Enlarge person.

Though Hunter does get you some other stuff, namely a pet (pretty bad at only one level though, and I really doubt a crossbow type damage dealer will have an extra feat for Boon Companion). You could use this pet as a flying mount with Undersized mount, but again, more feats in an already feat starved build.

Wizard can also get you a +1 bonus to one stat (transmuter) or an arcanist exploit through the Exploiter Wizard archetype. Dimensional Slide seems like a decent pick up. Probably some other stuff you can get as a wizard or sorcerer that I am overlooking.
