Is it the intent of the designers that you can only take the feats Extra Channel and Extra Martial Flexibility only once, even when all the other "extra" feats can be taken multiple times? Or was that aspect of these feats omitted by mistake?

I feel it's intentional. Extra channel is a lot of "free" healing, they wanted to limit that. Martial Flexibility already has scaling on uses a day, and each time it lasts a minute and you can swap all you want in that minute for free can't you? So that's already a lot of encounters to have it for per day. Three more and you're set I feel. Also most of the other extras that you can take multiple times effect things that are counted in rounds. These are my ideas of why it was intentional.

Liberty's Edge

It is quite intentional. After all, the default is that a feat can be selected only once, unless the feat description says otherwise. How many printings of the Core Rulebook have there been? If the absence of the "multiple times" language were an oversight, it would most likely have been changed by now.

I'm just disappointed there isn't an Extra Fervor feat.
