Still messing up for me...
http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/
Copied and pasted directly... takes me to the PRD introduction page.
(I'm using Internet Explorer 9 if that is relevant)
It could be. I ran into exactly the same problem with Internet Explorer 8. When I tried again later on another computer that had Internet Explorer 11, everything was fine.

Just tried the above link in IE9, on a desktop PC. It worked just fine and I was able to navigate the new PRD without any trouble.

Thanks guys for the help...
Okay, let's go with the theory that we are going to the same page. Does the typical left margin links come up for you? They are completely missing for me.
For reference, the page I see displays the following without any links besides ones that take you to view or purchase the Pathfinder books (which I already have).

Introduction
The Pathfinder Roleplaying Game is released under the Open Game License, meaning the core rules that drive the Pathfinder RPG system are available to anyone to use for free under the terms of the OGL. This compendium of rules, charts, and tables contains all of the open rules in the system, and is provided for the use of the community of gamers and publishers working with the system.
This compendium is NOT the official Pathfinder Roleplaying Game! Players interested in a user-friendly introduction to the Pathfinder system will want to check out the full line of Pathfinder Roleplaying Game products, which comes with lots of great monsters, illustrations, advice and more! All of these products are also available in affordable PDF editions.
If you're just getting started with the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game, be sure to check out the Beginner Box which details all the basics for first time players and Game Masters alike!

I thought we had this one solved. Maybe there was a patch in Internet Explorer 9 that not everybody with that version got? In that case, the PRD page would work properly for everyone with version 10 or later, not work for anyone with version 8 or later, and possibly work or not work for anyone with version 9 depending on whether they ever got a certain patch for it?

Heya, it could be that you aren't viewing in Compatibility View. You may want to check the Microsoft documentation to turn it on.

OP:
Yes, the red accordion menu on the left side comes up for me in IE9. It works and I can navigate to other PRD pages just fine. Here is my version of IE9: 9.0.8112.16421
Update Versions: 9.0.30 (KB2976627)

I didn't know that technology guide was on the PRD (being a Golarion book and all), may i ask how/why did Paizo put it in the PRD?
The Technology Guide is necessary for running the Iron Gods Adventure Path, and it was decided some time ago to make this available for people running that particular campaign :)

Actually...I just went to IE9 and the PRD.
In the IE9 menu, I selected Tools - Compatibility ViewThis put a check next to Compatibility View...and, yep, my left side red accordion menu disappeared.

I do believe this is the issue and solution.
However, I cannot turn on Compatibility View for this computer. The PRD may simply be lost to me on this PC.

It should be site dependent and for the record you need to turn compatibility mode off. Compatibility mode makes it compatible with the IE7 rendering engine and therefore doesn't support a lot of CSS3 and other newer web standards. There is a little broken page in the link bar on the right. If you click that it should turn off compatibility mode for all of paizo.com(this is a good thing), but will not remove other sites form the compatibility list it holds internally.

So I’m running IE version 8.0.7601.17514 and I’ve tried it with both compatibility on and off, and I can’t get the PRD to work, so has progress on your end eliminated me from using the best resource on the internet?
When I load the lage, it flashes up brielfy as a red bar on the left side of the page, and then disappears and goes blank.

There are some javascript standards compatibility issues with 8 that 9 fixed. I think at this point we don't officially support IE8 but if it's just not working at all, which seems like the case here, then we should be able to find some time to fix it. But I can't really speak for how our priorities will stand up to that, so the best I can offer is, stay tuned.

I've no idea what all of that means!
