So, according to this rogue talent you cannot imbue the cards with any abilities without using arcane strike
Does this basically mean while you can have the ability, you can't use it because you cannot use arcane strike to make it actually deal damage?
Anything on this?
It does exactly what is says it does. "Thrown cards are treated as darts" So you can toss them as if they where darts but you don't get any of the extra damage from arcane strike unless you actually have that feat.
