How do feats like weapon focus interact with shields and spikes?
Can you have weapon focus(shield spike)? If you have weapon focus(shield) would it also apply to the shield with spikes?
Does weapon focus(light shield) also apply to a quickdraw shield?
Could you skip this altogether and just have weapon focus(shield bash), because I know there are such things as weapon focus(grapple)?
Edit:The only thing I could find was that fighter weapon groups:
Close: gauntlet, heavy shield, light shield, punching dagger, sap, spiked armor, spiked gauntlet, spiked shield, and unarmed strike.
This makes spiked shield sound like its own proficiency, implying that it would work with a spiked shield of any type.

They are listed as separate martial weapons in Ultimate Equipment, so no double dipping on feats. (Unless you have martial versatility).
