Temporal Stasis Wording

Homebrew and House Rules

So I was looking over the Temporal Stasis spell, and I noticed that it doesn't use any actual game terms to describe the targets state. It says they are in "suspended animation", "body functions virtually cease", and "no force or effect can harm it".

While you could argue that "suspended animation" means they can't do anything, I considered an alternate interpretation of the spell, where-in "suspended animation" only applied to the temporal state of the creatures virtually-ceased bodily functions. Basically, the creature can still be active, but nothing can change the state of its being.

Ever wanted to play Jack Harkness?

The spell also says that for the victim, 'time ceases to flow'. no time flow = no actions.

Jack Harkness is more accurately described by the Immortal Mythic Ability.

That could also be interpreted as they don't age. Again, I'm not trying to argue the intent of the spell. I just think this would be an interesting re-interpretation of the spell. Probably way overpowered, considering that it makes someone basically invulnerable without being dispelled first.
