Having a low charisma score and lacking the aid of a goblin fire squad for intimidation, what tactic might be employed to convince my favorite brick and mortar tome merchant to stock such a ware?
This is the only regular priced version to include both maps, right? Will we be able to order this from Paizo as the "add to cart" button suggests, or will it indeed be limited to retailers who order 500 or more copies? As I doubt there will be such a retailer within 6-8 hours drive of me, my only real option is Paizo (my second choice after my small FLCS/FLGS anyway)...

Since no amount of threat or pleading is having any results with my favorite comic shop, can the fine people at Paizo supply me with a list of shops in or around Cincinnati that will have this version. Maybe you can just put out a nationwide list for all us, so we know who and where has these? I imagine only the largest shops will order this.
