Have synergy classes for retraining hybrid class levels been determined for the hybrid classes yet?
My understanding is the alternate classes are classified as synergies since they're obvious, but are there any others?
I'm specifically interested in whether the Shaman synergises with the Druid, even though it's an Oracle/Witch hybrid - considering it now has the druid spell list. I think all the other classes are covered as far as their spell list goes, but not the Shaman.

That's quite the edge case--picking up an ACG class, then changing your mind and tossing the class for one of its alternates?
The rules should be the same as if you had retrained a ninja or samurai level. I don't happen to know what those rules are, but I see no reason not to allow retraining from, say, ninja 1 to rogue 1. Retraining from ninja 7 to rogue 7 would RAW require retraining to ninja 1/something 6, then retraining ninja 1 to rogue 1, then retraining something 6 to rogue levels. Since this is ridiculous, there's little reason for a GM not to allow retraining all of the levels at once. A more lenient GM might even consider the alternate class an archetype and allow retraining the entire thing at once.

I think the question is about retraining into the new hybrid classes. (with the assumption that the hybrids/base classes count as synergies with themselves; I think this is pretty safe)
But what other classes will get synergies for retraining into these classes?
Currently the chart is reciprocal, I don't expect that to change, but the question is "do the new hybrid classes get the full list of synergies from both "parents", or do they get their own list?"
Oracle already gets this synergy with Druid, and I would expect Shaman to retain it in the event that separate synergies are specified. This means Druid should be expected to get the synergy to Shaman as well.
In terms of alternate classes, I would handle them as archetypes.
