Can a shadows attack bypass a swarms immunity to weapon attacks?

Well, a shadows touch attack is not a weapon attack. So a swarm is not immune to it.

However...I do believe a swarm is immune to the strength damage the attack would cause. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

This is because the attack would only effect one creature in the swarm, and that dosen't meaningfully impact the swarm.

Yes, I believe you are correct. A swarm is pretty much immune to a shadow's attack because its effects are only on a single creature and that's really all the options it has.

If the shadow had a burst type effect that lowered the strength of all creatures within say, 10 feet, then potentially could cripple a swarm, most swarms have pathetic Str.
