I am looking for a good prestige class for my Inqusitor for down the road. His domain I choosen is destruction.

Why do you want a prestige class? An inquisitor is the last class you want to multiclass with. Most of the Inquisitor class abilities are tied to level so you will be giving up a lot more than you will ever get with a prestige class.

Multiclassing in Pathfinder is generally a bad idea. Most classes are rewarded for sticking with it rather than multiclassing or dipping. Dips aren't nearly as good as they used to be, and usually when I see people suggesting them I shake my head. If you have a specific concept or goal in mind I can understand dipping to accomplish that, but understand that it will probably mean you're character is not as effective as someone who spent all their levels in 1 class.

If you have a concept for what you would like to do with you character then we could help you figure out how to accomplish that, but otherwise I would suggest that you stick with Inquistor all the way.

I was going after lvl 20

Well, normal Pathfinder rules don't even allow for above level 20, so....you sort of run into a rule limitation there.

One, you can bypass 20th level, but you have to build 20+ encounters to play them. There are rules for over level 20 in the CRB, and then multiclassing is advised. If you give an ideal level then we could help more because you need more than one class for a lot of prestige classes.

The next level in Inquisitor? But no if this is 20+ maybe Divine Scion? Dip into a spontaneous arcane casting class and go Dragon Dicible for the stats boosts. The Divine Casting PrCs don't impress me sadly.
