Question on fulfillment tool?

Looking at the fulfillment tool, it allows me to purchase add ons and designate who the guild memberships are for....but it says it will allow the guild members to purchase their own add ons later?

My pledge amount already accounted for all of the add ons my guild members wanted---because at the time the kickstarter was running we were told there would be a survey where we would be able to designate which add ons went to which account. I know the survey isn't happening now, but I've already paid for all of the add ons--which would therefore have to be selected under my fulfillment selection tool---so how do I designate which guild member they go to? They're not all for me...and there are quite a few of them, including two print packs which need to go to different addresses....

I just did a quick test, and I think it will work out fine.

In the Fulfillment tool, 1 Year of Game Time "May be added once per Pathfinder Online account". I just added it twice, so there's obviously going to be some way to assign them to specific Pathfinder Online accounts at some later date.

I am confident all the add-ons will work the same way, but we probably won't be able to actually do that until we actually have Pathfinder Online accounts.

That's what I'm hoping--that there will be a way to give them to the guild accounts once the game is online, but would like confirmation from goblinworks folks that there will definitely be a way to do that. Also, one of the add ons was a print pack for someone else who lives at a different address...otherwise, I need to take back over 1300 dollars of my pledge and give the money back to my guild members so they can select the add ons themselves....

Completely understandable. I wouldn't mind a little reassurance myself.

I would recommend that you email Customer Service (customer.service@paizo.com) if you want a more prompt, official response.

We will figure out how to move add-Ons between accounts later.

Ryan, does that include extra "Adventurer Reward Tiers" which were purchased? I bought a buddy account but then I also purchased 2 extra accounts for friends. Currently I cannot transfer those accounts. I would love to do so because they would like to purchase some add-ons for their own accounts.

The fulfillment tool had the wrong pledge level for me (I checked the pledge shown on the Kickstarter site to make sure I hadn't messed it up myself somehow). Overall not a big deal... since the total pledge amount was right I can just switch my pledge level to the correct item and still get all the add-ons I wanted. However, the pledge level includes a benefit that depends on the order you signed up for it. Do I 'lose my place in line' because of the SNAFU?

All the stuff that you buy on your account that you'd like to distribute to another player will be handled later.

If the Reward the system thought you had selected was Pioneer or higher, no worries. If it was something lower, email customer.service@paizo.com.

Thanks, Ryan.

Will we be able to transfer add-ons to arbitrary accounts, or do they have to be our "own" accounts? For example, if I want to trade my Crowdforger miniatures to someone else in exchange for an add-on, that would be doable? (Or if I can do that directly with GW that'd be perfect, but I imagine that might complicate things considerably on your end to start customizing backer rewards at that level of detail.)

@Tuoweit - you can't break up a Reward, and you can't give a Reward to a different person. Add-Ons are different you can give them (with some restrictions like the Salute) to others. We'll figure out how to manage the Print Pack Add-On but I suspect we won't let you gift that.

Sorry, my question was confusing - never mind the miniatures, will I be able to buy an add-on and apply it to any arbitrary game account or does it have to be one of the game accounts from my own pledge reward?

I posted this in another thread but didn't get a response, I noticed that the PFS Boon says June 2014. Is that accurate or should it be June 2013?

@Tuoweit - you will be able to send an Add-On to another account (as mentioned, print pack may be an exception, some Add-Ons may not be allowed to be send to other accounts). I have no eta on when moving add-Ons between accounts will be possible.

@Felix Gaunt - there is an open action item within the team to answer that question.

The Fulfillment Tool is showing I still have 1 Invitation Available, even though I only pledged at the Crowdforger Buddy level and my wife has already received and accepted my invitation. The Fulfillment Tool even shows 1 Buddy Selected. I'm not sure if this is the way it's supposed to work, but I wanted to bring it to your attention. I have not tried to invite anyone else.

There's a known bug with counting invitations that we expect to have fixed this afternoon.

Gary I don't mean to embarrass you but you really need some eye drops. The eyes on your avatar just look... painful...
