Okay, resurrecting this thread to ask, since I know they recently changed the SLA rules (again)... is this still allowed? Say, can I make a Eldritch Raider rogue and take like Inscribe Rune, cause she learned Sin Runes from the Thallislonian ruins?

It's not really a new staff versus old staff issue.

The developers decided they didn't like the way their ruling had impacted the game so they decided to reverse their earlier ruling.
