So i'm going to be running "Thistletop" as a sanctioned Society event in about a week, and had a question regarding the 3-5 level tier. Would it be possible to run it with characters at level 2 and level 6? or is it strictly limited to 3-5?

Modules are restricted to the range that is given, if I recall correctly. It is only the tiers of the Scenarios that may be played up or down, but even they cannot be played outside the range of the highest and lowest level allowed. (i.e. - a tier 3 - 7 scenario cannot be played by lvl 2 or lower or lvl 8 or higher)

At least, this is my understanding...
