Ok I love the new half elf feat that lets you take the drow noble feat line but the problem is that this line of feats eat up every non class granted feat until 11th level. So which class can survive without those feats the best? I know I can just play a 2 handed fighter and cruise on power attack but I'm looking for something a little more outside the box

Honestly? I'd say Cleric, Oracle, or Wizard most likely. Cleric's primarily aren't too feat dependent and have their own spells to make up for it; Oracles get Revelations and Class Features that can function on a level equal to or greater than that of Feats. Wizards get some Bonus Metamagic Feats, so if you are taxed with getting Metamagic Feats, it won't be such an issue.
There may be a few others, but these are the first that come to mind.

Hmmm... And you don't want to run a fighter?....
Try a Sohei. It's a monk Archetype that's less feat dependent and has a decent selection of abilities.... Cavalier maybe a little bit? But his abilities probably won't mesh as well with your SLA's... Although Drow Lizard riders are fairly common trope in the genre.
Hard to say otherwise... Ninja could probably get by.

Funny those were the exact three class I was thinking about trying to use. THe fighter would be the easiest to create, but its a party full of regular martials already. A cavalier, a twf fighter with sword and shield, a cavlier with sword and shield, a sword and board fighter that keeps calling herself a swordlord, an archer ranger, and an alchemist. I'll probably cave and make up a caster of some sort, but the feats are so much fun to imagine as really cool back up to a more supernatural fighter type
