"Add new thread" issue

This is a bug on the web site I've been seeing for months, but keep forgetting to report.

If I click "Add new thread" too quickly after viewing a different thread, or right after opening another tab in Mozilla to view a different thread, it takes me to the thread I'm viewing instead of letting me create a new thread. If I just click the back button on the browser, then "Add new thread" again, it correctly lets me add a new thread.

Same here. Pretty much any time I have a thread open in another tab when I start a thread.

"Add New Thread" button? There is such a thing(using Google Chrome)?
