I'd check out season 3 scenarios, as they include all 10 faction missions which will eliminate a bit of confusion for some new people. In season 3, the Frostfur Captives is a great game to get people into the "PFS" way of thinking. They have to be bodyguards, adventurers, and negotiators -- and are exposed to an array of different kinds of fights and common creature types.
If you want to dip back into season 0-2, a couple of other lowbie favorites are: Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible, where the PCs have to loose the first fight in order to find out where the BBEG is hiding; Mists of Mwangi, a dungeon crawl set in a reoccuring very unlucky museum; or Slave Pits of Absalom, where a noble is kidnapped and sold into slavery, and the PCs have to track him down and save him from the clutches of said slavers.
In reality, most games are good for new players, you just might want to be sure to shy away from 1-5 or 1-7 games that have one or more killer fights. Examples would be The Dalsine Affair and The Quest for Perfection, Pt. 1 -- where a player can easily go from full health to dead (-15 or more) before their turn.

Oh Mike, making me remember old games. One of the first PFS games I ever played was Black Waters.
Never underestimate the power of taking Heavy Armor Proficiency!
