Nekkid at the top with bacon.

I've heard a rumour that the World Health Organisation are lobbying to have this thread locked in order to reduce the number of cardiac arrest related deaths in the gamer population.

Our clerics know Ressurection.

They also know Purify Food and Drink. W.H.O. will be cooked with bacon.

ommmmmNOMNOMNOMNOM!!!

I had bacon today for breakfast. At 6pm.

There's always room for bacon.

Grilled cheese and bacon sandwiches for dinner, soup on the side. :)

Don't make me destroy you.

The BBQ Pit Boys featured on youtube.com created recipes such as Bacon Explosive Pork Bomb BBQ, Bacon Cheese Hot Dogs, Bacon Sweet Cornbread, and Bison Bacon Cheeseburgers.

I like bacon and cornbread.

I like bacon on my pizza.

FIFY. ;)

Bacon Taco.

Never had one, never even heard of one. But now I want one.

You, sir, are a genius.

Bacon meatballs - trust me, they're allright.

Would that be meatballs made entirely of bacon, or meatballs with bacon in them? Or possibly bacon-wrapped meatballs?

The local butcher in my parents' town sells something he calls "Bucket Burger". It is a mix of ground beef, ground pork, and ground bacon. Take that, form it into nice thick patties and grill over a charcoal fire. That's good eatin' right there.

Meatballs with bacon in them. Although balls made of bacon would probably be easier to make.

Silver Crusade

I had pasta with pancetta. Do we count pancetta as bacon for purposes of this thread?

I don't know what that is.
I'm not that fancy.

I had pork chops. That's close to bacon? Right?

Silver Crusade

Wikipedia opens with the line: "Pancetta is Italian bacon." Exhibit A.

Well anything Italian is already an A+ in my book. Women, sports cars, and now bacon.

Spaghetti Carbonera, pasta with a pretty good bacon taste.

My regularly scheduled Weekday Bacon Update will be cancelled today, due to the fact that I cannot bring myself to quote Roseanne Barr.

I had three strips of bacon this morning and bacon bits in my pancakes.

God bless you mom.

Delicious soy-composite, vegetarian bacon, I shall eat you for breakfast everyday this week. And on homemade pizza on Friday night, if there is enough left (there never is).

Fake-bacon for all!

On the one hand, I cringe at the thought of vegetarian meat substitutes.

On the other, this is now undeniable proof bacon is so awesome it transcends to herbivores.

I honestly don't know how to respond to this.

Boo!!! Hiss!!!

Come on! Be a man and eat the real thing!

Are you claiming that Roseanne Barr has more influence over you than bacon?!?!? That she somehow has more power than the goodness that is a slab of hickory smoked pork belly?!?!?!?

WHO ARE YOU?!?!?!? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH THE REAL ABERZOMBIE!?!?!?!

*Sighs*

Did the pig die from natural causes?*

*Being sliced up in a factory does not count as "natural causes."

Although I did recently read that while a vegetarian diet has many, many health benefits over an omnivorous one, it was found that a "flexitarian" diet (where one is vegetarian** but eats a serving of meat once every 14 days or so) can drastically reduce the probably of developing colon/rectal cancer in vegetarians who do not carefully monitor their nutritional intake.

**Not a vegetarian.

I believe that means that bacon can literally save your ass, yes?

Ha!

I approve of this line.

Naah, I just don't want to disgrace the thread with her quote, especially when it doesn't specifically mention bacon. A zombie's gotta have his standards.

Is that so?

Well, I guess that explains it. A quote from her probably would cause the bacon to turn by proxy ...

My favorite part of Thanksgiving dinner growing up was always the bacon. My Mom would put strips of bacon over the turkey breast before roasting it, and when it was done we would each get one. Of course, since I don't like turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes/yams, cranberries, or stuffing/dressing it wasn't a hard choice.

Edit: And green bean casserole. I $%&*@## HATE green bean casserole.

BLC(bacon, lettuce, cheese): Butter marbled rye bread, top with smoky cheddar cheese, spinach, and cooked bacon, then grill.

Oh lord, I think I just died. I will try this and send the results to this thread.

Justin Esch and Dave Lefkow developed Bacon Salt in 2007. The salt is fat-free, low sodium, kosher, and vegetarian.

Once again, the daily quote from my bacon calendar is something I find myself not wanting to put up, since it's a quote from that commie douchebag Khrushchev. So, I'll just say....

...BACON!!!!

I just got a coupon in the mail yesterday. Apparently Hardees now has french fries with melted cheese sauce and bacon. I want it now, with a BLT double cheeseburger.

There's a Hardee's on my work route. They're always busy enough to back up traffic on the way to work, but rather empty the rest of the day. Very tempted to stop in now on my way home.

Scarab Sages

Mmmm...Hardee's. It's good mood food.

Hardee's is Carl's Jr.s big brother.

I thought they were the same thing just in different locations. They have the same logo and most of their buildings have the same designs and similar layouts. There's no Hardee's in Arizona, for example, and no Carl's here in TN.

The Hardee's cheese & bacon fries weren't bad, but it'd've been better over their curly fries.

Silver Crusade

Yes, Carl's and Hardee's are the same. Like when Hardee's was advertising their biscuits, suddenly Carl's had biscuits. Same logo, same food, same specials, etc.

Scarab Sages

Guess what I had for dinner last night.

The waitress last night at IHOP misheard me. When I got my monster bacon cheeseburger, it had no bacon on it. I could ahve stood up and smacked her for such an outrage, but she quickly fixed my order. Still, that put me in the mood for bacon with this morning's breakfast.
