What's better than a free con? Who's Yer Con will be March 2-4, 2012 at the Clarion Waterfront Hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Who's Yer Con is run by Who's Yer Gamers, a group of people dedicated to educating the general public on the variety, availability, and benefits of hobby gaming. They strive to achieve this goal by providing free and reduced cost opportunities to participate in publicly open events and to foster a positive relationship between the hobby gaming community and the public through charitable service.

PFS Indiana had over 50 tables of Pathfinder Society games at Who's Yer Con 2011, and we hope to have even more this year! I am currently looking for GMs. Please contact me at TracyPFSIndy at a gmail dot com address if you are interested in GMing at this event!

If you want to attend, register here: http://www.whosyergamers.org/wygms/modules/conpro/

To make hotel reservations, you need to CALL the hotel, 317-299-8400 and let them know you are with the Who's Yer Gamers/Who's Yer Con block. Do not reserve online, or you will not get the reduced rates, and WYC will not get credit for your room.

Signed up! Hope to see a lot of familiar faces back again this year. Went to WYC for the first time last year, and it was a blast. It was exceptional and free to attend/play.

I'm running the retirement arc and will be bringing a fifth of jack for myself

Hmm... I might just have to come to WYC for this.

You know you wanna...I still occasionally hear the story about the worm that swallowed the wrong elemental around the store at game day.

I can confirm that. I haven't laughed so hard watching your adventure in a long time. It would have been a blast to be in the group, despite the challenges. Providing flanking from within the purple worm, Maybe that would have worked if the elemental and monk had some sort of mental link. :)

What I don't understand is how having a greater earth elemental in your stomach, pounding away like a late night burrito, is not considered distraction enough to grant a flank bonus. ;-)

Yeah, right. Like you "tried" to come down for Winter War? Whatever dude.

Signed up! There's officially 4 people signed up for all 4 parts. Let's get it on!

I'll be there, running delves, as a back-up GM, and assisting Tracy. Should be a blast.

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/5 ***

Y'all suck. If I would have known you were going, I wouldn't have volunteered to GM and played EoT instead. On the upside, I guess there will be a lot of GM's around that can run it for me ;-)

If it makes you feel any better I'm no were close to being able to play Eyes of Ten. Too much GMing and no play, not to mention that we are only recently getting our local group into the tier 7-11 range.

Cactus-Jack wrote:

Perhaps you could relieve BobBob from his GM'ing responsibilities so he can play Eyes of the Ten?

Grand Lodge 4/5 5/55/5 ***

I can wait. Besides, I am running the exclusive as well as the blackros series. Already started to prepare and will have some cool maps to use

Dark Archive 4/5

With only 4 players, be prepared to die at least once. Yeah, yeah, Kyle, I've seen your high level character's schtick, and after reading through the first scenario, I'm not nearly as impressed as I was during the GenCon special this year. Characters WILL die.

PS: Have a nice day!

Silver Crusade 5/5

I have a work related vacation blackout during that weekend and the following week. I'll have to pass. :(

My cleric? My cleric is not any good w/o Trisha's sorceress :(

I can promise this. *MY* character will not die throughout this entire series.

Argh, too bad I can't make it to this, I still need to play Eyes of the Ten.

I've decided to follow Bob and come to the con. Maybe I can talk some more of the gophers into making the track over with me!

Sheesh. I have to cover you for PaizoCon, now WYC too?
I'll have to be careful. We spend this much time together and people will talk ;-)

You are the first to reply. So sounds like we are roomies

Todd ... to get the badger .. you have to go thru me ... I take cash only and there will be stipulations for what you can do with him.

Liberty's Edge 4/5

signed up for Friday and 1 Saturday. Might be able to adjust schedule so can help GM if neded. Got to play by ear right now.

One week to go! You know you wanna attend. This is one of the most inexpensive conventions you'll ever attend, and there is an awesome convention party Saturday night with music and booze.

Wait...I missed a party with booze last year. Aw man! Teach me to slough off to the room right after the session is over for the night =p

Dark Archive 4/5

I in fact, got quite inebriated before a midnight madness slot. It was to date, the best GMing I have ever done.

Yes, what has become known as the "purple worm incident" is perhaps your shining moment. ;-)

Not sure how Todd could ever top having a purple worm hanging out of his pants..

p.s. Trisha's coming!

Uh, you've met Trisha. We should be hoping Todd's purple worm is prepared to deal with Trisha.

RIGHT! Poor Todd, we knew him well. A memorial service will be held at the Barfleet. :-)

So who will be our Drunk Gm this year for Midnight Maddness??? Although I did not play last year it was by far the most entertaining game I have ever watched.

5/5

4 Days until the return of Purple Worm Madness!

5/5

Three! Three more days! <insert The Count laughter here>

5/5

3 day, I think it is awesome all the people coming to this, so let me say thanks to you guys for coming. It is pretty cool for me, my brother is flying in for this Event.

Silver Crusade 5/5

If the special gets cancelled for lack of attendance, we all go to bar fleet. But I do not want to see any purple worms.

Clarifying...me personally. You guys can look at purple worms all you want.

You aren't the only one that hopes Todd leaves the purple worm mini at home (or at least in his pants).

Looking forward to playing this year instead of running every slot and overseeing the special.

5/5

I'm really looking forward to Who's Yer Con this year. Last year it was my first gaming convention experience, and I had a blast the entire weekend. OK, there was one slight blip with Bob and his dice of doom, but everything got better ;)

I played every slot last year, and this year I'm doing it mostly the other way around. Sadly...maybe, I missed the purple worm event, but I guess we'll have to see what Todd plans to whip out this time...

I will have them with me again this year. Let chaos rein! Muahahahaha

As far as the insanity inducing purple worm, if anyone wants to donate another Paizo purple d20, we can complete his "set." :-)

TWO! Two more days! Ah, ah, ah!

So wait, I have nothing planned for Midnight Madness. Do I need to be planning something? Or are you guys just going to drunkenly figure it out?

Nope. If there is a midnight madness event (I haven't heard anything so far), it'll be an impromptu game. You are not required to do anything except maybe report it as part of the convention.

No worries, we'll get her drunk then convince her it is part of the first time WYC organizer's responsibility to buy for the GM crew. :-)

I will be in town Thursday night. If anyone is around and wants to GM a game, I would be interested in playing.

Also, if you are not a player/GM during the special on Saturday night would like to gather for an alternate game, let me know. Again, I'm up for playing.

Otherwise, see y'all there!!!

5/5

Wish I could Bob, wish I could. I'm sure Thursday will be last minute map detail for me. Cactus and I are planning on heading down early Friday morning I believe.
