I am trying to buy a subscription starting on issue 2

and I can't seem to get it. The shopping cart shows me a choice of issues to start but when I click on the radio button for issue 2, nothing happens. I'm using a mac. I get the same behavior with both Safari and Firefox. Am I just missing something?

Hey, you're right! The radio button itself is broken right now. It'll be fixed the next time I roll the site (not sure when that will be), but for now, just click on the volume name next to the radio button.

I just got a suscription starting with Issue 2. Will this qualify me to get the PDF? If so, how long does it take for me to get access to the PDF?

As far as I know, you should get a free PDF for issue 2 and following issues. For issue 1, you'll have to purchase printed and PDF versions separately, if you want both.

As soon as it ships, you get the option added to your Downloads in your Account page.

Same here. I have Burnt Offerings and added a subscription, bt it wouldnt give me the option of starting with Skinsaw Murders. I emailed Cust Serv, but havent gotten a response yet. I dont need another #1.
