Woah.
Yeah, I'm not entirely sure whether I'm a genius or an idiot to try to live up the standard that Paizo has set. But I figure someone should pick up the torch, and at least I've got some relevant experience in the field. :)
Details on Kobold Quarterly.

I'm not a big fan of .pdf-only publications, but I'm willing to print out an archival copy of the .pdf. The problem I have is that the output of color laser printers is not even vaguely colorfast and the pages have a distressing tendency to stick together.
So, does anyone make a spray-on UV coating that will both protect the printout and keep it from sticking together? I mean one that I can spray on without a million-dollar offset press?
('Cause that would be a bit much for a $12 subscription. 8-) )

Good catch Jade!
Everyone who has half an interest in design and cool stuff should give your three-starbucks worth of $$$ to check it out.

Bree-Yark!!! This looks completely awesome! I can't wait to get the first issue, and drool all over the gaming goodness contained therein!!! The moment I get my hands on a more reliable internet connection, I am getting sub-tastic!!! Put me down as totally interested in print too by the way! Wolfgang is a GOD!

Where can I find Kingdom of the Ghouls and Castle Shadowcrag for purchase, when they're ready for purchase of course?
Shadowcrag shipped to patrons in March, so it's done. The only way to pick it up now is if you are a patron of Empire of the Ghouls. You can sign up at Open Design.

I just subscribed!!! Can't wait!!! Now Wolfgang! Now!!! Please!!! Me wanty!!!
It's gonna be awesome. I can't believe it's only $12 dollars for a whole YEAR!!! I thought it was $12 an issue, and then when I went to buy it I was like "HOLY SHIT VITTLES!!! SWEEET!"
$12 bucks for a year of gaming goodness from Wolfgang and other Paizo authors (I know I'll write for it if he lets me)...that's just crazy-f$!+!

I print a lot of maps at home and use a spray on matte finish i picked up in an art store. The same one I use for figures.
Wouldn't want to do a whole magazine. I find a 22 inch monitor makes me pretty satisfied with a pdf.

Interview with Erik! Freaking cool! I loved his interview on Pulp Gamer, articulate, informed and with a very sexy baritone if I do say so (and I do!). Well done Erik! Can't wait to read the interview in Kobold...bet it scoops even more exciting announcements and offers more insight into the staggering gaming moxy and customer-satisfying brilliance of the Mona (which I have been fortunate enough to bask in on a few occasions).
June Wolfgang! Please!!!...
Or at least early July! Do you need souls for the pdf gristmill...if so I offer up my friends' firstborns to get those Princes of Hell to come out and play earlier!!! :-)
