Technically? It's not the capturing of the drakes? It would be the selling. So.. if we can come to some sort of accord with the critters... ?

So.. working something out between the drakes, the party and the town would be to every one's advantage. (^_^)

Suny frowns. "But... we dun't has ta' has they's freedom. We can all be comin' ta' an' accord..." She points out.

"Wait...? Who we's sellin' in't bein' slaves?" Suny looks around seemingly puzzled by some aspect of the conversation.

Suny smiles, glad that Reijo understands. "Well... We's got two of 'em roped up. Tha' third has gone ta' hidin'. We can least ways get 'em walkin' 'em selves back ta' town an' be seein' who wants what there, hey?" She offers, Though frowns a tad at Reijo.

"I dun't see you gettin' all muscly an' haulin' both they's carcases back ta' town!" She points out. "Which means killin' 'em leaves a lot of spoiling drake mussin' up tha' place."

"I in't bein' 'kind'. I is tryin' ta' be prack-tickle. We's done lots a effort an gots 'em all bound up. Least we can do is sort out tha' worth a eepin' 'em. Jus', y'know, off'in 'em an' leavin' 'em ta' rot seems like a right waste. I be thinkin' they be worth more shine alive than not." Suny explains.

No time for big post.

One hand... is sad at waste of possible resources/shine.

Suny nods "Oh aye." She agrees with Salty's comment about the drakes being 'people'.

"Still.. lets get 'em healed up an' be seein' if they's people or not, hey?" She suggests with her usual, bright grin, before turning and skipping off back towards the river.

"So... is peoples gon'a help em get t'other one out'a tha' riverm then?" She calls over her shoulder, even as she begins to wade out into the mild current.

Suny scratches her head. "Well.. they's all tied up now." She points out.

"So's... maybe we can, y'know, get 'em thinkin' different like?" Suny hazards.

"We can all'a ways be workin' ta' get 'em behavin'." (^_^)

With this drake quickly swimming off, Suny pops to the surface.

She comes ashore and quickly checks out the prone drake. "Here! We's got'a keep 'em alive an' stuffs." She says anxiously, even as she again tries to help the swooning drake. "Then.. we's got two drakes ta' that other's one." She natters away as she works.

Handle animal check:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11

"Come on guys.. I be needin' yer helpin' here."

"An' then later.. We's can be workin put whut t'is we're gon'a be doin' with 'em, like" She glances at her companions who're all a tad worse for wear.

"Hey? Where's yer sword?" She asks Reijo absently while she works. (Not going to let that high perception roll go to waste.)

Okeys.. from what I can gather.. first critter in't goin'a be dyin'... yet... maybe.... kind'a.... (>_>)

Leaving the bound critter for the moment Suny take hold of the rope she has left and,

Swim Check: Can 'Take ten' for 19

Zips through the waters and,

Stealth Check:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22

Does her best to approach the rolling, slinking, sinking drake which is trying to escape from Viktorra and Reijo,

Acrobatics:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12 (To be 'defensive' and dextrous and avoid getting squished and rolled on and stuff)

Profession Sailor:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 (For rope using)

Hence getting it hampered by rope just like the previous drake is.

Hoping a 16 is enough to at least stabilize the critter for a bit...

Nuh-uh. I gots nuffin' else ta' be thinkin' of fer whut t'is I be needin' ta' do. :(

Zipping beneath the waves as fast as she was on land Suny quickly gets to the sinking drake and wastes no time in both beginning to wrap, tie, bond and other-wise immobilize said critter.

Profession Sailor:1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15

Handle animal:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Deftly applying wads of clean water plants and other natural things she finds about to staunch the poor critter's wounds.

Suny ignores the large lizard flying towards her as best she can and arcs into the waters of the river.

Thence she simply 'runs' (Swims as fast as she can) to the drake which is in the river.

Yes, Suny is trying to save the poor critter in the river. (^_^) She's also planing on using the ropes to tie the helpless critter up and basically use it as bait to get the other two into range of her companions. (^_^)

Is a cunnin' plan, hey? :D

Please every one, let me know how much rope Suny has managed to scrounge from folks. So far I think I've got a length of 50' from Salty. Any one else?

Quickly draping the rope bundles over either shoulder as a form of 'bandoleer' Suny makes a mad dash straight for the river...

Yah, running for all she's worth. Might pop a 'Vanish' along the way as Salty's spell wears off...

"Thank'e!" Suny exclaims as she grabs the offered rope from Salty, even as she eagerly looks about for any more being offered.

Yah, maybe a round or two getting rope off peoples an' then Suny will be off doin' whut t'is she has a mind t'be doin' wiff all tha' rope. (^_^)

"Why's they sound so irritable. They's tha' ones startin' tha' fuss..." Sunny mumbles to herself then,

"Ah!" She scampers out from behind her tree and towards her companions, "Rope! Rope! Rope! Gimme, gimme gimme!" She calls even as she races over to collect as much of the parties ropes as she can gather.

Suny sighs as the magical energy washes over herself and cleans away the worst of the critter chomping. Before leaning out from behind her tree and looking about carefully for any more scaly-kind.

Vanished:
Still using the cover of her Ninja trick, Suny races back towards the tree line clutching Lil' Fisher protectively to her chest.

But a few moments later Suny re-appears leaning against one of the larger trees a small ways back into the tree line, gasping a little as she recovers from her sprint, still hugging Lil' Fisher for a moment or so. Then she lifts the little otter and begins to gently scold the critter.

"Whut were ye thinkin'? Gettin' close ta' beasty like that?" Which ends more with her smiling and just gently rubbing noses with the otter.

Yah... taking cover and working out how to help against the large incoming scaly suit cases. :P

Taking advantage of the nasty beasty's reaction Suny seems to simply disappear.

Actions for the DM:
Indeed! Thank'e for letting Suny at least poke the nasty critter. Suny won't waste any time, she'll high tail it for the trees.

Suny retains her composure and calm, even with a large critter biting down upon her self.

Assumtion one: Said beasty is effectively rapped with Suny at the moment?

Assumption two: Being grappling, if it doesn't have the improved grapple, isn't it also flat footed and hence denied its dexterity and such?

Assumtion three: There are teo reasonably sized holes where Suny can now put sharp, pointy, nasty things where normally the sun does not shine on account of a pair of nostrils being connected directly to said teeth attached to said Elf?

Sleight of hand:1d20 + 7 ⇒ (11) + 7 = 18 (To further hide what Suny is doing from said beasty so as to maximize the pointy)

Suny looks inquisitively out over the clearing but she, her tanned self, doesn't go scampering out into the large open spaces. Instead she stays to the jungle's edges and skirts around to where the others are investigating the ground. Quite often she lifts her head and looks up.. scanning the tree canopy and the sky beyond.

At Reijo's comments Suny again replies, "Well.. I did be sayin' we bring somat whut they's might be findin' interestin', hey?" Still keeping to the jungle's edges. She begins to pat herself down,

"I know I gots somat about tha' place... Where be it...?"

If that's tha' case, we simply work out which river they float 'em down, hire a boat an' go lookin' fer tha' drag marks on'a bank. Is easy ta' follow trail of dragged trees, surely?

I be thinkin' we's head out afore them's whut be already known ta them Drakes. Then we's not gon'a be tared with tha' same brush as them whut's already stuck up them's Drakes snouts. Um... in them Drakes bad graces, like...

Also.. should we be thinking about catching them? Or offering them food? Or bringing along both for either option?

"So.. may we can be talkin' to 'em, like?" She suggests, "Or even be makin' some kind'a deal with 'em?"

Suny looks around at the many varieties of timber in the yard.

Suny happily cavorts along the streets, eagerly looking into all the shop windows and about the place as they group progresses across town towards the timber yard.

Having looked in all the nearby shop windows, (Assuming they were shop windows :P) Suny skips back over and listens/looks in on the conversation with the lady who's going to be doing the ship's wood working. She smiles brightly/happily to the lass. (^_^)

Suny spends the previous evening sight seeing about the town (And asking questions about lots of stuff)

Come the morning and the appearance of the ships she'll be sailing on she organizes both herself and her gear.

Kind of what Suny is now wearing. With a long, graceful, curved blade across her back and various other implements strapped and secured about her tanned person.

Upon shaking the water from her hair and being introduced to Master Jinsen and Miss Antoninia, Suny gives her seeming standard bounce to attention, snapping a salute and an "Aye AYE! Cap'n!" in reply to Captain Lanteri. Thence she 'stands too' and awaits Miss Antoninia's words.

At the command to repair the mast Suny tilts her head and seems to be thinking about something for a moment before she simply shrugs and thence begins to scamper around helping with said orders.

Profession Sailor: Take ten = 15

Meh, I plan on sleepin' at tha' boat. Lest time ta' be reportin' fer suty. Also... there shouldn't no one botherin' m'selfs none. No noisy roustabouts keepin' folks awake with they's partyin' an' stuffs. (^_^)

Explanation for the DM:
As in Suny intends to sleep under the boat in the harbor. (^_^)

Suny downs her run and bounces to her feet. "Aye AYE! Cap'n!" (^_^) Before the tanned Elf scampers off to see to her own affairs.

Suny's 'To do' list:

First, find the ship 'Magpie'.
Thence, see about getting her chest of stuff stowed away some wheres. (Note that Suny is inclined be affixing it to the bottom fo the ship for now. Until she's got a better understanding of the crew.)
Thirds, buy a new shirt for Viktorra and herself.
Fourths, with only 300 odd coin to still spend... Either spend it around tha' town. Or buy a potion of healing, type of thing.
