Background:

Hailing from the great Dathalan Empire, child Reinhart would constantly bomb his parents, siblings and relatives with the vastest array of questions.
Ranging from common sense related to beyond-the-mortal-coil themed, the healthy child would always have a dozen questions for each answer received.
Twas, to no surprise, that he studied Philosophy at the Kaliax University.
An agile and dashing young man, during his formative years that he found his second most favourite passion: swordmanship.
From Dathalan's military traditions and swordmanship schools to the greatest fencers' history, he absorbed all knowledge until the young student blossomed into a full-fledged professor. Teaching became his third passion.
The University was his true home, and even when visiting his five siblings and elderly parents or travelling in search of inspiration, he always thought of the University.
As an Associate Professor with roots in both the Swordmanship, Philosophy and History departments his obligations ranged from teaching the newest generation of fencers the basic stances and thrusts to blowing the aspiring philosophers' minds with Sacristan's rethoric, Bernhold's deific questions and Verccini's reality axioms.
Alas, he was a mere Associate Professor, forced to teach without freedom and only when the true teachers were absent or busy. Yet he yearned for his own knowledge kingdom inside the University, a realm of his own and the freedom to teach how he wanted.
He coped with the situation for years, until his hair started to take silvery hues under the morning sun. And then he realised he couldn't keep waiting for his dream come true forever, not like that.
Reinhardt​ requested a leave, an indefinite one indeed, and indeed he left. Why? Well, that's an answer he has yet to find, but his romantic soul wants him to believe that he is questing for purpose on life, to find his destiny.
Perhaps he only desires to experiment the world instead of reading about it, to explore the vastness before returning to the eternal waiting.
But perhaps it wasn't happenstance that the Tallium shipment requesting brave souls to acompany him found him at the mining outpost.
Will this be his Destiny's call or perhaps just his last stop? He can't know for sure, for he knows true knowledge lies at the realm of Gods and Devils, but he is willing to seek answers.
