Igmutanka:
In the far away land of Maztica, among the Dog People, Igmutanka was a hero and protector of his kin, among the finest warriors of his clan.

One day, he had a strange dream where he was fighting devils in his own village. In this dream, he was surrounded, and the devils razed the place to the ground, taking away his wife and knocking him unconscious. Is course, he discarded the nightmare as just a product of his imagination.

Until it happened. Just as he had dreamed it. Igmutanka was devastated. He wandered alone for some days, thinking seriously about taking his own life, but then the nightmare happened again. Some details were different - it happened in a different place, with different people - but the core of the action was similar.

Feeling that was the chance to redeem himself, he stood up to the challenge. Consulting sages here and there, he managed to identify where to go. He travelled for many moons, asking everyone and living different adventures, and he finally got word of a devil attack happening where some heroes managed to protect the one who was to be kidnapped. That person was taken to a monastery far away, and so Igmutanka directed his steps there with hope, following his new found sense of purpose.
