Was wondering if any of the big-wigs had suggestions for converting Savage Tide to the Golarion setting? Where should the Isle of Dread be, which gods should be changed, what should replace Sasserine (or where should Sasserine be located?) Things like that. I haven't looked through it completely yet, but would like a nice head start.

There's another thread out there, I think, with a similar set of suggestions but my internet-fu is weak today.
I'd say that the Isle of Dread is somewhere off a distance to the southwest of Garund. The best city to stand in for Sasserine is probably Eleder in Sargava. The best standin for Scuttlecove is DEFINITELY Ilizmagorti. Once the PCs reach the Isle of Dread, I wouldn't really change much at all, and the final four adventures are pretty much perfect as is to work in Golarion's Abyss.

I found two single post threads (they never got any responses before now) in the Savage Tide archives asking for details about savage Tide conversions to Golarion, and have posted links in them to this thread, in case the original posters are still keeping an eye on them and looking for information.
I did not find any other threads with titles which suggested that they were focused on the topic in the Savage Tide archives.
I think Savage Tides to Golarion conversions may have been raised once or twice in Pathfinder Chats, but I have no time at present to go trawling through all of those looking for answers. :(
Orcus and Socothbenoth both 'officially' exist in the Pathfinder Setting, but the other major planar players (including Demogorgon himself, Malcanthet, and Iggwilv) do not.
It might be possible to paint Demogorgon as some sort of 'most powerful' servant of Rovagug, with the energy being intended not to merge his heads, but to help free his master from imprisonment.
I'm not sure how/if Malcanthet can be replaced. The Savage Tide Malcanthet is only a demon lord, and I'm not sure how well Lamashtu might take to a mere tanar'ri giving herself airs and graces. Likewise, Lamashtu, as a goddess, seems to me to be too major league to be associating with the PCs or pulling strings, or at least not without a serious rescripting of events.
Baba Yaga might conceivably stand in for Iggwilv, as a powerful, evil, spellcaster with a knowledge of other planes; I don't know if she'd be quite so intimately acquainted wth some of the demonlords, though.
Edit:
Nocticula, a demon-lord with an interest in shadow, darkness, and lusts might stand in for Malcanthet.

Replacing Zotzilaha with his interest in fire is tricky. It might be best to simply assume that he's a deity local to the Isle of Dread. (There are examples of minor deities in The River Kingdoms with small regional followings.)
Given the absence of beholders from Golarion, the Eye of the Deep in Serpents of Scuttlecove is probably safest to pass off as a freakish abyssal creature, with Knowledge(The Planes) being required to identify it, if any party sages attempt to do so.

I've been thinking about this, as I'm going to run the last half of this AP for my high level playtest. Using Nocticula as a stand in for Malconthet makes perfect sense to me.
In regards to Iggwilv, I think I'm going to do the sly thing and call her Tasha and allow the PCs to pick up on the fact that she's one of Baba Yaga's daughters, since that ties well into Golarion.
As for Demogorgon, that's fairly easy. I'm using him as is, and just explaining that he was banished a long time ago from Golarion, and is just now starting to reassert his influence into Golarion.
I've been trying to think of a good term to use for Olman other than "Southern Arcadians," but I've not yet come across anything that works for me in this regard. I do think I'll just remain mysterious and refer to the Olman deities by their titles, such as "The Rain God," rather than introduce new gods or try to assign gods from the setting to the Olman deities.
As far as beholders go, I'm not too worried about that. I'd say that beholders are very rare creatures that aren't well known in Golarion, but still might come in from various portals from other worlds or as travelers from beyond Golarions solar system (without going into too much detail). As long as there isn't anything saying a given beholder isn't anythign more than an isolated monster, it shouldn't be a problem.
Jumping in at the mid point and looking at Golismorga again, this is actually perfect for Golarion, as having an adventure that explores the Aboleth and their interactions with humans is pretty fascinating (I'll probably throw in some comments about the Olman/Arcadians being less amenable to working with the Aboleth than the Azlanti were).

If Ilizmagorti = Scuttlecove, do you suggest that I replace the Yuan ti with Red Mantis?

Someone had the brilliant suggestion of having Demogorgon be one of Lamashtu's favored children. In this case, would his goals/motives throughout the Savage Tide campaign path change or would they remain the same?
Cosmology-wise, can I keep everything RAW or will I have to make some modifications? Towards the end-game, someone mentioned replacing Iggwilv with Baba Yaga or one of her daughters; would that work or are there better alternatives?
What is in the center of the Eye of Abendego? Can I put the Isle of Dread in there? If the Crimson Fleet is based out of Ilizmagorti, wouldn't they be bitter rivals of the Free Captains? What is the Aspis Consortium's role in this whole dynamic?
