Just visit your My Subscriptions page before 11 AM Pacific Time on Monday, July 19, and select "Yes, I'll pick up my subscription products at Gen Con 2010." Shortly before the show, we'll charge your credit card and, where appropriate, give you access to the corresponding PDF. (This will happen at the same time as subscribers who aren't picking up at Gen Con—your PDFs won't be delayed by choosing to pick up at Gen Con.) For convention pickup, 7% sales tax will be added to your order—but you won't pay any shipping fees.
Note that we can't offer pickup of items in your sidecart—by default, they'll remain in your sidecart until the next subscription shipment, though you can visit your My Account page at any time to request that we ship your sidecart sooner!
If you don't have any Paizo subscriptions, there's still time! Visit the Subscribe Today page to learn more about the subscriptions we offer.
Of course, all of the products listed above—and many other popular items—will be available for purchase at the show as well.
We're looking forward to seeing you at the show!

I have to run 3 PFS games on Thursday, my wife is attending Tradeday. Is there a chance that I can have her pick up my subscription so I can have access to the Advance Player's Guide to run games the next day.
I will understand one way or the other. Thanks in advance.
The exhibition hall isn't open for trade day—that's setup day for us! Pickup is only available Thursday through Sunday.
Though I should add that if you subscribe to the RPG line before we start prepping the shipments (probably in the middle of next week), you'd get access to the APG PDF well in advance of the show.

I believe we're going to require that you have some form of ID matching the subscription... so if your wife has your ID, that'll probably be fine.
