Order # 2083360

Of the two packages for that order only one has arrived thus far (the one containing the "Skull&Shackles Poster Map Folio" and the "Beginners Box Heroes Minis").

I'm worried, especially considering that Order # 2128039 (shipped Jul 10) has arrived today.

Please advise on next steps.

Hmm... we have not received it back here, nor have any means of tracking it. At this point, the only thing we can do is give it more time to reach you.

It's possible, probable even, that the difference in the arrival time is due to the fact that the packages had different contents and would therefore be more likely to be treated differently in customs. You may find more information if you check with your local customs agency.

However, the only thing we can do for you package at this point is wait. If you still have not seen it by the end of next week, let me know and we'll take another look then.

Thanks Cosmo. I thought the same thing, but wanted to get you involved.

I hope the package just took a detour to Australia (best case) and is not held in customs, or fell of a plane.

I will report any changes or lack thereof at the and of next week or when they happen, as you suggested.

Hello again Cosmo and fellows.

As of today I still haven't received the missing package. The local customs service agency can't help me either, as the usual way is for them to look at the package information, decide if they want to open it up and check if the content is right and give any customs bill to the local package carrier to charge the recipient upon reception.
Add information security to the mix and I won't get an answer to the question "Hey, you got a package for me?".

I know it's most likely not your fault, that it went missing, but you are the only ones I can still turn to, for advice.

I've set up a replacement package. Unfortunately D&D Miniatures—War Drums: Inspired Lieutenant is not currently in stock. Would you like a refund or substitute another mini (equal or lesser value)?


A refund would be fine. If I find another mini, I'll order it to a later date.

I've refunded it via store credit so you don't get dinged with currency exchange fees for a $4.25 transaction. This credit is available right away and can even be used on subscriptions. If you go to your My Subscription page, you can choose the option to use store credit towards your subscription.

Dear Customer Service,

could you please look into that replacement order? It shows up as pending, 3 weeks later. I know GenCon and things have an impact on your warehouse and packing crew.

Though I miss the hardcover and AP, I have the pdf's for those. The minis on the other hand would be a gift ordered for someone, and in about a month I wanted to to present them.

Can you maybe change the shipment of those minis to not wait for another package?
