There are a lot of parallels between writing a technical book (and most Pathfinder books are very, very technical) and writing software.
Good luck ever releasing anything but toy software if you're determined to wring out every single error. Especially since there's always the risk that fixing one error causes another.
I see the Pathfinder books as very similar. There's a lot of minor errors that really don't affect much, an occasional egregious error that makes everyone groan (nobody more then the folks at Paizo, I suspect), and a lot of good, good material.
I think they're Doing It Right, and see no reason for them to change their processes much, especially given that they use a constant feedback loop to try to reduce the risk of repeating the worst errors (like misspelling monster names or putting in badly broken feats).

Since I don't think this pricing issue was ever added to any FAQ or errata, I've added a note to the d20pfsrd.com staff page linking to Sean's comment above so people who don't see this thread are aware of it.

The APG staves are priced incorrectly (half of what they should be according to the staff pricing rules in the Core Rulebook).
I believe in UE we fixed the prices of the APG staves to what they should be.
:(
Sad scarecrow. On the bright side I can remove a bunch of speculative sticky notes I've left in my books for those chapters.

Corset of dire witchcraft popped out to me.
If the wearer is a witch, each day when she communes with her familiar to prepare spells, she may enhance one hex she knows, increasing its caster level by +2 for 24 hours.
By Raw, there is a small (3 I believe) number of hexes that would benefit from it. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not...
