1. Positioning Attack:
What kind of action is Positioning Attack's movement? Can you...
a. Run up to a monster, hit it, and then take a move action as per Positioning Attack for up to 30ft. that doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity, ending adjacent to the monster you struck
b. Run up to a monster, hit it. Wait a turn. Next turn, hit it, and take a move action as per Positioning Attack for up to 30ft. that doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity, ending adjacent to the monster you struck
c. Run up to a monster, hit it. Wait a turn. A friend hits it. Using the Opportunist talent, you hit the monster, and then take a move action as per Positioning Attack for up to 30ft. that doesn't provoke attacks of opportunity, ending adjacent to the monster you struck
Does Positioning Attack...
a. disallow the monster you hit from making attacks of opportunity
b. disallow all enemies from making attacks of opportunity
.
2. Redirect Attack:
a. Can a rogue use Redirect Attack to have a creature adjacent to the rogue attack themselves? They are a creature, and they are adjacent to the rogue.
b. A rogue provokes an attack of opportunity from a creature. The creature attacks, and hits his attack of opportunity. The rogue uses Redirect Attack to have the creature attack himself. If the creature hits, can the rogue now use the Opportunist talent, which allows him to take an attack of opportunity on "an opponent who has just been struck for damage in melee by another character", and then just continue moving?
a. Does the offending creature of a Redirect Attack count as an ally of the rogue using Redirect Attack? For instance, if you and an ally are fighting two ogres, and you use Redirect Attack to push one attack onto the other ogre, if you use Opportunist on that attack, do you get sneak attack damage because the enemy is currently being threatened by 3 creatures? Etc. etc.
.
3. Assault Leader and Gang Up:
a. If I am using the feat Gang Up to flank while ignoring positioning with two other friendly characters on one enemy creature, and I miss my attack, can I use the rogue talent Assault Leader ("Once per day, when the rogue misses with an attack on a flanked opponent, she can designate a single ally who is also flanking the target that her attack missed. That ally can make a single melee attack against the opponent as an immediate action.") to allow one of the other friendly characters to make an attack?
b. If I am using the feat Gang Up to flank while ignoring positioning with two other friendly characters who are both flanking one enemy creature, and I miss my attack, can I use the rogue talent Assault Leader to allow one of the other friendly characters, who are flanking, but not with my character, to make an attack?
...
Strange rules:
If Positioning Attack is an immediate action on hit...
A monster, K with 10 ft. reach has levels in rogue and Positioning Attack. A medium rogue, B who has the rogue talent Redirect Attack charges K. K attacks and hits; B uses Redirect Attack to redirect the attack back at K, who hits himself. Can K now use Positioning Attack to move 30ft on the board, assuming he ends his movement in a square in which he threatens himself? Due to the text "Once per day, when a rogue with this talent hits a creature with a melee attack" this is suggested as possible.

1) I would say that Positioning attack (a once per day normal Rogue talent) allows all the scenarios you mentioned. The way it is written, it disallows attacks of opportunity from all enemies.
I envision it as tangling with your opponent when you attack him, entering his square and exiting it in another square than the one you started on. All the while, you are so close to your opponent that no one gets AoO.
This also means IMHO that your character is not really taking the 30' move, but in fact going through your opponent square while fighting with him and exiting it (ie a 5' or 10' move when facing a Medium opponent). Thus the no AoO from any opponent is a simple way to avoid consequences from a not-really-existent 30' move.
2) Redirect attack is a once per day advanced Rogue talent. Thus its effect should be quite powerful.
2-a) I did not realize it when reading it, but by RAW it is quite possible to have the bad guy hitting himself.
2-b) Also correct as the "another character" clearly means a character who is not the Rogue and (quite presumably) not a character who is not the opponent. It is quite powerful (and at last a mechanic which will make people think twice before taking an AoO) but then Opportunist is also an advanced Rogue talent.
2-c (?)) I would say no. Flanking requires 2 attackers and even though you redirect his attack, the first Ogre is not actively attacking the second one. Also, an ally is someone who is voluntarily on your side (or at least consciously attacking the same opponents).
3-a) I would say yes. I believe that if you are flanking an opponent, then he is flanked :-) But your ally has to be flanking him using the normal rules (unless he has the Gang Up feat too).
3-b) Yes. It is required that your ally is flanking the opponent you missed, but not necessarily with you. In fact if he had the Gang Up feat too, he could do it regardless of his actual positioning.
Last one : all of it is legit except the last part, as K cannot end his movement adjacent to himself.
