These are the stats for Santa in my campaign. Every year at the actual time of Christmas (whether it's Christmas in the game or not), the PCs get a present. The present is usually something that really fits their characters, often something unique and sometimes scalable with XP contributions (though I'm not doing that part this year).

Last year, I was running a social/city-based campaign and one of the characters was evil. So, I gave him a lump of coal that took him quite some time to realize there was a diamond hidden in it (in fairness to the player). It was just funny.

I know that there have probably been Dungeon Magazine articles devoted to this in the past, but it's my 2cp. :)

Ultra Spell Mastery (Time Stop)
Warp 10

Equipment:
Red Suit of Yuletide Excellence - Grants the wearer a +5 enhancement bonus to all attributes except Dexterity, grants a +6 armor bonus to AC, and 10/- DR. This is an artifact.
Belt of Freedom - Wearer is always under the effects of a Freedom of Movement spell and also gives them a +10 to balance checks.
Ring of Protection +5
Amulet of Natural Armor +5
Gloves of Arrow Snaring

Ability Explainations:
Warp 10 - The YuleFather is capable of occupying every point in the Omniverse at a time. While using this ability, The YuleFather increases his Intelligence to 100 and is capable of performing One Billion actions per round. This Ability only works on the 24 th evening in a Month called December on a planet on a specific plane in a specific multiverse. The day the YuleFather is capable of doing this on your plane may be different.
Ultra Spell Mastery (Time Stop) - When the YuleFather casts Time Stop, it lasts for 1 hour.
