Bio, Most Wanted Dossier:

Jonathan Crayke, aka "Crackerjack" is the mastermind of countless successful heists. Using a wide array of inventions, most notably his Magnum (Opus) Multi-Tool and sheer intelligence has gotten him far in the criminal underworld. While hardly a world class threat, he's been a thorn in the side of both unpowered and Super law enforcement for years due to his unpredictability. Attempts to capture him have all failed; The nearest attempt was in late 2012 when he was cornered in an alleyway but escaped due to an accomplice's timely intervention. Later encounters have revealed a teleportal addition to his "Magnum" that remedies such a problem.

Crayke has a tendency towards monologuing and complex plans, with a particular preference for stye over efficiency in places. He hesitates to kill civilians and unpowered law enforcement outright, so use this to your advantage when confronting him. He has, on multiple occasions, been caught up in a conversation with an officer attempting to apprehend him resulting in at least one documented case of a full hostage release due to this tactic. While he's never quite been caught out that way again, every second matters when responding to this threat, use what you can.

That said, Crayke is considered armed and extremely dangerous. While there is no documented case of him killing civilians directly, collateral damage has occurred in confrontation. Unpowered law enforcement's first priority is to evacuate civilians from the area and then either tall or retreat yourselves; His gun can cause powerful explosions across a wide radius, and has resulted in dozens of accidental casualties (though relatively fewer fatalities) over the years.

Threat Priority: Moderate. Crayke seems content to rob and live comfortably off his ill-gotten gains for now, but that could change. Bigger threats exist, but Crayke should not be under-estimated when he appears.

I think I have found a huge flaw in the game system. Where other stats give a pc things of use, super Intelligence dose little to nothings. Making gizmos comes under powers and EXtras, skills can easily be added to powers, hacking comes under control. Communication power, investing is added + powers items are not related to Int so it dose little

Which is just dumb, supper smart bad guys are a fixed part of super villainy yet in the system other than a few skills it buffs nothing.

The only way I can think to make it work is to have power Int and a load of alternative powers but that nuts , tlcus they would stop being smart the moment they did something well smart

And the lucky winners are:

Reckless (Bankshot)
Black Dow (Ettin)
Grym Slade (TBD)
Philo Pharynx (Princess)

Thanks again to everyone who applied! There were a lot of great ideas, but I can only handle so many characters in one game.

The discussion thread is now open! http://paizo.com/campaigns/SchemesAndScoundrels/discussion

Good luck guys,

sorry I could not make a full PC gm I tride just the system seems lacking a super inteligance power that dose something of real use.
