I placed my order on 3 October. It's still listed as 'Pending'.

I was wondering if I could get an update on the order?

One of the items on the order is holding it up. The agazine has been discontinued and we are trying to see if we can get it from our distributor. If you'd like I can separate it out into its own order so the book can ship, or cancel it to the same effect. Otherwise it will continue pending until the magazine arrives or we determine we cannot get it and cancel the magazine.

If the magazine can't be acquired, please just cancel the whole order.

I can purchase the book locally so it's not really worth it buying a single item.
