Proceeding with the assumption that the nauseated characters will remain in the corridor. Rellen and Wizzy, if you wish to make use of those two move actions (rounds 2 & 3), just say so and we'll work something out. I'm moving forward since I expect you're waiting for the condition to wear off.
Chasik turns around to smite the remaining fungus, but misses. The plantlike creture retaliates, attempting to touch the fierce warrior with one of its tendrils. Its fails once again to maintain its concentration and loses its spell, whatever it was.

Lead Blades is running since you renewed it before entering the room like Bless and PfE, which have similar duration.
Knorrin pierces the barklike brain tissue a first time, soon joined by Chasik. It is only with Rellen's strong comeback that the creature finally collapses, exploding in a magma of oozing green fluids.
End combat.

Finishing with the creature, Knorrin paused and cleaned his spear. Despite showing his greatest martial skill and success in battle, he was not thrilled or elated or even properly satisfied. Instead, he felt simply ... He couldn't even think of the exact word.
Flat.
The silent destruction of whole worlds, as he believed he saw, had, it seemed, affected him in ways he didn't fully understand, and did not want to understand.
Uncomfortable with this ... loss (and perhaps even more so with the internal reflection it was engendering), Knorrin fumbles around in his scroll case and retrieves a restorative spell, casting it on himself.
Lessor Restoration: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Now back to normal, Knorrin smiles simply and cheerfully again. "Friend Chasik, my many thanks for rescuing me from my foolishness! Let me help you with you wounds."

"Well, this place has the most interesting things. How were those things even [i]alive in here after all these ages?"[/b]
Choamski joins Rellen in looking around.
Knorrin
|
"Perhaps they were like seeds in winter, only revived recently. It could have been the arrival of cultists, or the invasion of the alchemist above, or whatnot that caused them to shed their dormancy."
Choamski
|
"Do you think? I haven't seen any indication that especially powerful preservative magics were in place - consider the books, all worn down. That doesn't seem like especially good long term planning for a wizard. I think it's more a matter of radomness."
Choamski
|
"Not every one. Some of the constructs on the previous level were disabled. However, I see your point."
Chasik"Bash"
|
No worries Knorrin, I wouldn't be able to live with myself should something happen. And thank you for the healing, I am feeling much better now, as he nods at him.
He returns to join his companions, So, where to now gents? I don't know how long or how they got released, but that won't stop me from continuing on to complete the mission given to me
Chasik moves up to cover Rellen, in case there is an enemy in the next room.

"With the materials that were in Azlanti, I would guess thousands of years, since Aroden is - or was - known as "the Last Azlanti" and he founded Absalom, of course, in 1 AR. So, that would be over 4700 years ago, and Earthfall was some thousands of years before that. So, a very long time ago, indeed."
I hope that that is all common knowledge.
"We might need to conserve the wand of protection and the scrolls of bless a bit more, though. Choamski, please take my remaining two scrolls of bless and use your best judgement as to when to use them."
"Prayers for Guidance and Resistance, by Sarenrae's good graces, can be continued indefinitely."
Choamski

"If we run out, I have gold, and town is a brisk walk that way I'm sure the church of Gorum would oblige us with more; it's for battle after all!" He points up.
Choamski
|
"So, shall we away to the next door then?"
According to my (somewhat lax) tracking I've used 3 scrolls of bless - two of mine, one of Knorrin's. With the two others, that's three left.
Knorrin

"I have almost seven gold pieces to my name, so you will be buying drinks, Master Choamski."
Knorrin completes the previous spellcasting ritual, including using the wand again. "Let's go."

No sound is detected by Rellen's careful approach. The door opens in a rumble into a small room with two sets of double doors, one to the north, one to the south. A sinister statue looms in an alcove to the east. The thing is ten feet tall with a human body, but with the head of a deformed, fanged bird and two coiling serpents for legs. The statue clutches a flail in one hand, and holds a large, open book in the other. The room is otherwise empty.
You're right Choamski, I'm also counting three. Do you continue buffing yourself for each door or when duration expires?

A carving over the door to this room, written in Azlanti, reads, “Hall of Lesser Enigmas.” The doors open into a short hall with three alcoves on either side, each of which contains a low shelf covered with nothing but recently disturbed dust. Another set of doors can be found on the opposite wall. After a quick examination, nothing of interest can be found in this hall. The shelves of this room once must have held many small trinkets, but the cultists probably looted them earlier, as far as you can tell.
Behind the next set of doors, a large room is split in two spaces. A ten-foot-wide hallway leads east from this point, but beyond the first fifteen feet, no details are visible through the glowing, swirling mass of pale mist that fills the entire hall.
The cavern to the north is damp and moist. A wide pool of murky brown water fills the area to the east, and a narrow tunnel that looks like it was dug with picks leads off to the northwest, then seem to go up towards the surface. Emerging from the pool, a yellow-orange amoeboid creature slithers across the ground, pseudopods grasping ahead of its slow approach with the clear intent to attack you.
Knowledge (Dungeroneering) is appropriate for this creature.

As far as rounds are concerned, I estimate at two rounds the time you spent in each room with your cautious approach regarding traps and your eagerness to move forward quickly. Hence the "round 5" from the buffing point of view. The first guidance expires next round if I'm correct by that count.

Chasik remembers that slashing and piercing are not a good choice. Lucky for him, his hammer is neither if those.

The ochre ooze was about to start moving slowly towards the Pathfinders when it is met with a deadly hammer blow dealt by Chasik. Rellen assists with a well-aimed blow that has no trouble finding its mark with Wizzy's support. 14 damage dealt together.
It is hard to say if the jelly was affected by the blow or not, yet it continues to extend an oozing pseudopod toward Chasik in a disgusting form of retaliation. However, the strike is slow and the unbreakable warrior has no trouble dodging it.
