Not much chatter in the discussion section - let's do this:
We will not annex Tatzelford this turn. We'll put that off for one turn so that we can maintain a small cushion in the treasury. We will build a House, a Market and a Black Market in Shrikeport.

That should put our treasury at 4 BP

Tavius looks on with pride as the city developes. As the council discusses recent trends and plans...
Expanding some sounds like a fine idea, we just don't want to expand so quickly we can't control and patrol the new lands properly. Trade with Restov is expanding quickly, we might want to expand Leveton some to handle the growth!
Expanding Leveton to 2 districts probably makes sense after we see what is in Tatzlford.

Phase 4 - Events
While the road was being built to Tatzlford (from E4 to E3) a troll with a trollhound attacked the newly-formed hamlet of Gabriël in F4. They were defeated by an adventuring party that calls themselves Frosted Moon which is lead by Hectia Erilich (the magus who used to be a guard for Raginare Valotte). Also in the party is Abuda Marjorana (a druid cousin of Ettore's, with her white tiger companion Zorion) and Arsaces Rados (the smith's former apprentice who Helena Lank has been helping develop as a sorcerer). [Note: Abuda and Arsaces seem to be an "item".] Baron Langham publicly recognizes their efforts and rewards them from the Kingdom treasury (-1 BP).

| Osvaldt Langham |
Actually Greenmarch has 32 BP of resources each turn to combat 31 BP of consumption. This turn you only loose 6 BP. Treasury = 37 BP
I was just referring to the fact that we lost 1 BP each from 7 hexes.
However, my records show us having 34 BP of resources v 32 BP of consumption.
25 hexes
3 City Districts
2 edicts
2 army
32 total
15 farms at 2 BP each = 30
3 forest hexes w/i range of our 3 city districts
1 Apiary
34 total
that's consumption pf -2
After the 7 points worth of pest control, our consumption for next month will be 5 BP.
| Harad Navar |
You are correct. 34 resource BP vs 32 consumption BP. That means that if resource BP are reduced to 27 (34-7) then the treasury at the end of Turn 26 is 38. Since you made the check for each farm hex the infestation will be ended by the end of Turn 26 and their production will return to normal.

Oswaldt, please confer with your records for the following:
I have several discrepancies.
Begnning treasury was 43. you took out the damage from the insect plague in the event phase. it shoud come out in the form of one turn of higher consupmtion.Starting values:
Econ 67, Loyalty 54, Stability 55 per your post at the end of turn 26.
Phase 1 - Upkeep
consumption = 5 due to crop loss from insect plagues last month
Treasury = 39
Phase 2 - Improvements
After the farm, our treasury should be either 25BP if we do not pay 7 BP for annexing the 7 hexes including Varnhold or 18BP if we do.
You seem to have missed the construction in Leveton: 2 houses, 1 graveyard, and 1 dump. Cost 10BP
From a purely accounting standpoint, we moved 4 BP into a rainy day fund. Those are still in the treasury, but I’m counting them separately so we don’t feel as much temptation to spend them.
That brought us to 4.
Ending values - we match on Economy and Stabiliyt, but I haveour Loyalty at only 63, not 77. Details in next posting.
Phase 3 - Income
We rolled natural 1 on selling the amulet - that is still there.
We had an economy check that resulted in 17BP
Ending treasury should be 45 BP (+4BP in reserve)

Turn 29 Rova (September) 4711
Followup of Event: The magistrate found that the contract Certa signed was valid and the court ruled that Malifus was the rightful owner. That same day Curta's house disappeared leaving a vacant spot of churned earth. Malifus has not been seen since.
I am going to presume that the magistrate acted properly, and did not release the property until ownership of the building's content could be reasonably established, and we were certain that that the secret chest was appropriately taken care of.
While his contract may be valid as concerns transfer of the building, Certa cannot sell that which does not belong to her, so if anything within the tower is property of the crown, or legitimate debt owed to a creditor, those obligations need to be addressed first before the estate is liquidated.

Let's put office of the city guard in Varnhold at B6. I want to put a jail next to it at some point, and don't want the jail in the middle of town.| Harad Navar |
