Gitano gulps a last lungful of clean air and rushes to the source of the smell.

Gitano is struck by a disturbing image of old Aunt Maggie adjusting her skirts as she left the privy. His lunch attempts its own escape artist check.

"Brother Blaze, there's three of those things in here, and more might be on the way!"

He attacks Greeneyes, thrusting his rapier from the shoulder, "Stoccata, dalla spalla!"

Ash moves up just behind Mort. "You are blocking the way! I can't see through to cast my spells," he calls out, waiting until the man moves next round.

Nah, Ash likes having that excuse for why he didn't get any closer!

Linria swallows hard as the smell overcomes her. "Yeah, that's just nasty. Stay back, Sayra. Can't have you throwing up all over the place." Sayra stares daggers up at her, then curls into a ball near one of the puddles. Lyn then points at the red troglodyte and coaxes it to sleep.

Gitano punctures one of the green eyes with his rapier, felling the stinking creature. Crit did not confirm

Red catches Lynn's eyes and starts to yawn. It follows Sayra's example and curls up on the floor.

The last lizardman in the room also takes a javelin and throws it at Gitano, but misses the warrior. Finally a bigger lizardman enters the room, it quickly moves towards Gitano and Blaze.

"Sure is getting cramped over here, I'm gonna get out a bit and stretch my legs." He squeezes past Lyn and hops up onto a bed, drawing one of his own javelins as he goes. He does a quick double take to be sure he's throwing the sharp end first and then lets it fly!

Javelin/sickened/blessed vs Yellow: 1d20 + 2 - 2 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 2 - 2 + 1 = 111d6 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (2) + 4 - 2 = 4 But his aim isn't as good, these beds are softer than expected!

Seeing the new combatant join the fray he looks at him and screams unintelligibly as his eyes roll back into his head revealing nothing but whites. Intimidate, sickened, on Grey using Omen Trait: 1d20 + 11 - 2 ⇒ (5) + 11 - 2 = 14

Blaze places his tower shield in front of him, gaining total cover on his Southern edge of the square.

Ash moves forward and tries to crush the black trog 's mind with his own, reaching out and squeezing as hard as he could.

**Botting Corona per request**

As the grey lizardman moves forward the wave of stink reaches poor Corona's nose. Fort: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19

She angrily hollers at the offender in response while pinching her nose tightly "You best get that unwashed, half-dressed, rotten ass outta here if you know what's good for you friend!" Intimidate vs Grey: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26

Mort's javelin goes wide. The larger lizard grasps his head when Ash gives him a headache. Mort shouts something at the larger creature, leaving a slight impression. From the other room Corona also shouts something while pumping her fist in a very offensive manner. The lizardman starts to tremble, it seems flustered by being shouted at by a girl!

The sleeping lizard opens it eyes, yawning and apparently still rather sleepy...

The mind-melting smell? It's not the lizard dudes. It's my stinkin' digital dice.

Gitano waves his rapier in a swirly pattern in the air, as if writing the first letter of his name. The big brute opposite decides now is the time to attack and lunges forward, just catching himself on the pointy end of Gitano's weapon! The creature ineffectively flails it's claws at Gitano to make him pull the weapon back and finally the swashbuckler does so. A small trickle of blood drops to the ground.

Meanwhile the yellow-eyed smaller lizardcreature seems not to notice, it just stands there.

Corona can not take it any longer, in particular the ineffectiveness of the males and she decides to come and lend a hand. Moving closer her face whitens at the nasty smell coming from the room, but she is not deterred.

She lightly touches Gitano on the shoulder and he feels more certain that his next attack should hit.

Deciding he's wasted enough time with these javelins, Mort hops down off the bed and with a ring of steel draws out Mindy, still red with blood from the frog. He casually weaves his way through the beds and brings his blade down from right to left, using excessive force of course...

"If we kill them maybe the stink will go away faster!" He says through muffled nose. "Gitano stop playing around over there and draw some blood!"

Mort brings his blade down and cleaves a bed in two halfling-sized beds, now the only thing to do is make an additional head and footboard...

"Lady Lucks's fuzzy dice, that was close,” Gitano exclaims.

With Corona entering into melee range, Gitano moves around the lizard thing, trying to avoid its bite and claws, flanking Black-eyed Peat with Blaze.

Acrobatics (Sickened) vs Black's CMD: 1d20 + 5 - 2 ⇒ (4) + 5 - 2 = 7

With an almost imperceptible flick of his wrist, he reverses the direction of his rapier with an ascending cut at Black-eyed Peat's bulging love handles.

"Say, Mort, what are those strange words you keep saying?" Lyn asks, then decides to change her tactics on the yellow-eyed trog. "Your bed's right there, so why don't we take a nap?" she coyly says to it.

Slumber Hex, DC 15 Will

Mort gives Lyn a confused look "Huh? What strange words?"

"Err.." Lyn whacks herself on the forehead. "I meant Gitano. Sorry Mort. Being surrounded by such muscular men has me distracted," she says, her face taking on a deep shade of red.

He looks around at the other men and settles on Blaze "Guess she means us big guy!" And then returns to hacking and slashing.

"My sword master, Salvator Fabris, beat these words into me with a hickory practice blade. Sometimes, it helps me focus to repeat them aloud."

Chagrined, Gitano murmurs, "And sometimes it's no help at all... "

Gitano adds a few Italian fencing terms to describe his swashbuckling moves. It's just a way to add a little flava flav.

Ash moves forward, just in front of Corona and casts Daze on black. "Stop mucking around with these creatures, you lot! Just hit them for goodness sake!"

Could someone move me, please? DC 13 Will to Resist.

You've been moved, Ash. Did you cast, then move (avoiding provoking an attack of opportunity from Black-eyed Peat)?

Yes, let's say I did it that way. I thought there was one square between us, but I was wrong. Thanks for moving me!

Gitano dodges away from the bigger lizard, even though the creature tries to rake him with his claw. Twisting on his feet Gitano tries to strike back, but he has misjudged his own movement and only hits air.

The yellow eyed lizard curls up in one of the beds and the big one focusses on a spot on the wall, not reacting to anything that goes on next to him.

Gauging the timing of his next strike to follow his companion Corona's, Gitano launches into a bawdy song, eyebrows keeping a lively rhythm.

"♫M-m-m-my Corona,
Come a little closer, huh, a-will ya, huh?
Close enough to look in my eyes, Corona
Keeping it a mystery, it gets to me... ♫"
The Knack

"Aw...b-but we've only just met, New Friend," Corona blushes as she maneuvers herself into the room to stand next to Mort. She takes aim at the big lizard and attempts to stab it from across the bed with her longspear.

Corona misses with her spear. The rednosed lizard steps up to Gitano, trying to hit him with it's club. The creature hits the wall!

Seeing the one before him snuggle in for a short nap, Mort takes the opportunity to give him a quick clean death. "He won't feel a thing."

He carefully lines up his blade and buries it through the yellow nosed lizardman's chest and into the bed, leaving a growing crimson stain on the sheets.

Mort pulls out the blade then steps up behind the black and red lizards "You guys are next in line..."

Gitano realizes this fight is going to make for a great story back at the Grog Pit in Absalom's Docks district. I just have to live to tell the tale.

With his professional reputation among his fellow Pathfinders on the line, Gitano takes a swing at the dazed Black-eyed Peat, pleading in silence for Desna's intercession.

Blaze, you also had a +1 morale bonus on your attack roll from Corona's bless.

Yes, but it wouldn't have mattered with an end result of 12 to attack. We've been rolling badly, where this is usually a 1 or 2 round thing. ^^

Ash also swings his dagger at black, trying to take advantage of distraction.

Linria shrugs at the mess of blood created by Mort's fatal attack on the sleeping troglodyte. "Well, the stench combined with that is just awful. Might we want to shield Corona from this gory scene?" Sayra stays back in the puddle room, well away from the mess of blood, while Lyn attempts to daze the red-scaled troglodyte again.

Mort butchers the sleeping lizard! Gitano just manages to pierce the skin of the bigger creature, doing minor damage. Blaze and Ashwell both miss. Although Lynn commands the other creature to stand still it seems to resist her spell.
The stinking black lizard quickly retaliates against Gitano, who is not quick enough to parry the attack. The two claws miss.

"You bit me, Black-eyed Peat, and your manners offend me. Chewing on my flesh with your mouth wide open. Tsk, tsk. May you choke on that tasty morsel of me, sirrah," Gitano grimaces through gritted teeth. "Please inform the tower's master chef that 'Gitano tartar' is no longer on today's menu."

"But you've also fallen for my cunning trap, exposing your scaly flanks for a friend or three of mine," Gitano chuckles.

A trifle belated, it occurs to him that his own slender flanks are somewhat vulnerable. Maybe Black-eyed Peat and Little Red Reeking Hood won't notice... Where's my lucky goblin's foot when I need it?

Corona quickly sidesteps to put the larger of the two lizards within striking range again and jabs once more with her longspear. "Hey, Stinky! Over here!" she cries, hoping to distract it from Gitano as Mort closes in.

Slowly you are getting used to the stink, although it is still bad it does not hinder your actions as much as it did. Corona can not find her mark. Gitano is attacked and he easily deflects the club attack to his head, unfortunately for the swashbuckler that brought his rapier completely to the side and he can't recover quickly enough to counterattack

"Desna smiles," Gitano whispers as Little Red Reeking Hood misses him with her club, and the tempest in his tummy finally begins to settle.

Before Black-eyed Peat emerges from his temporary stupor, Gitano seeks an opening in the beast's tough hide.

Gitano offers Corona a rakish salute with his rapier, thanking her for giving him the temporary tactical advantage over their foe.

With a cautious eye, he surveys the battlefield, praying at least one of the remaining enemy falls before his luck runs out.

Mort watches 'ole Blacky for a moment Study Target and feels his sinus's clear and his stomach calm. He looks up and gives Blaze a 'come hither and flank this guy' look as he readies Mindy for blood once more.

"Blaze, come at him from the north and let our steel meet in the middle!"

Blaze nods towards Mort, and steps into flank.

Gitano skewers Black-eyed Peat! The foul creature refuses to die, but it seems to be on the verge of collapsing... The other pathfinders manage to all miss their target.
